Everything about my stay at the Ashling Hotel was perfect. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and helpful, doing everything they could to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The room was incredibly comfortable and immaculate. If I had to pick one thing I loved most about my stay, it would be the room service pizza. After a long day of work, we weren't looking for a place to eat, so we thought we'd take a chance, and it was worth it! So much so that it's already one of our dinner plans for next time.

Walking into the hotel, it was impressive and nice to have the door opened for us on arrival. The staff was super friendly and the check-in was nice and quick.
Considering the amount that we paid, the room didn’t really feel that superior. There were no glasses for water, no complimentary water on arrival and everything seemed quite basic considering the amount of money it cost. I would’ve expected slightly more.
Other than that, the breakfast was very good and the staff were lovely.

All staff are very welcoming and friendly.
Hotel is lovely and clean.
Nice touch that there is fresh water stations on some of the floors .
Stayed here 3 times as it's close st james hospital.
Will be staying again .

Due to the distance I had to travel, I asked if they could store my suitcases the day before my stay. The woman at the reception was very cheerful and friendly, and called a Japanese staff member for me, which I am grateful for.
Breakfast was buffet style and there was a wide variety to choose from.
It was also great that the main station was very close by.
