Me and my girlfriend stayed in Radisson Blu Bucharest from the 23rd to the 26th of January. It was such an amazing experience from all points of view. All the staff members went anice and beyond to make our stay seamless. At the check-in we were welcomed by Valentina that has quickly registeres us and provided all the information, she was great and helped us during our stay for everything we needed. I would also like to mention the night manager Eric and the receptionist Alina who helped us to confirm a late check out during our last day (we had a late flight). Thanks a lot.

The executive lounge in the hotel is really amazing and there are exceptional people working there. In particular one staff member stands out, Marius, a very professional employee that was very kind with us and also spoke italian, he made us feel like at home.

If you are a fit person there is a gym fully equipped with a internal pool and you can also relax inside an amazing esternal heated pool with jacuzzi.

The cherry on top was the Thai SPA, were we had a couple massage on the last day. The SPA is really great, equipped with everything you may need, very clean and there are very professional therapists there. I strongly suggest reserving a massage during your visit.

Finally, everything about the hotel is 5 out of 5 stars: nice rooms, professional staff, great guest experience, great location. I strongly reccomend staying here if you will visit Bucharest!

The attitude of the hotel staff is very unpleasant
The cleaner knocked on the room door every morning even though we hung a sign
On the first day someone came to the room in the morning and woke us up and said that today is our check out.
But the biggest sting of the hotel is that they don't inform you that parking costs money
A man comes to take the car for free
And at the end of the vacation they want 130 euros per day
Be careful and look for another hotel that respects its guests

Excellent location, in the heart of Bucharest. It is surrounded by many fashion stores, coffee shops and restaurants.
The rooms are big and quiet. The bed and especially the pillows are comfortable. One big plus of the room is that apps like Netflix and Youtube are working in the TVs.
The room service is fast and the food is delicious.

Trying to be fair so 3/5

Let’s start with the bad because wow. Zero oundproofing. We were on the 5th floor, but the hotel has this open atrium where you can literally see all the way down to the lobby. Which also means you can hear EVERYTHING. Bathroom smelled like sewage. Only an overhead rain shower, no handheld one (personal preference, but still annoying). What’s NOT a preference is the fact that we had to wait around 10 minutes for hot water in the morning. In a 5-star hotel. Please.

Executive Lounge in the evening was super awkward. We came for snacks and found empty plates where food once lived, some alcohol, and Coca-Cola. That’s it. Meanwhile around 5 staff members were just silently staring at us. They could have said like “sorry, we’re refilling” or “come back in 15 minutes”. Just 👁️👄👁️

Mini-bar is free, but for two people it was literally one Coke, one beer, and one chocolate bar. Also only two small bottles of water in the room, and apparently they don’t get refilled. No water stations anywhere. After that bathroom smell, tap water was a no.
So the expectation is… go buy water yourself? In a 5-star hotel? Interesting choice.

NOW, to be fair, some good things:

Breakfast in the Executive Lounge was actually good. nice selection, chill atmosphere, and overall decent quality. HOWEVER, service was painfully slow. Like, the food was good, but you need patience and maybe a second coffee while waiting.

Also there’s a cool robot vacuum cleaner on the first floor 👍 legend

Overall some good elements, but way too many things that just don’t match a 5-star standard.

Had a great stay. Check in was delayed because hotel was so very crowded during my stay. Long queue, no early check in at 10am. Came back at 12.30, still so crowded and still no room. Then came back at 4pm, when finally manage to get checked in. Very friendly and helpful staff tho. Got upgraded as a VIP member, but this time no welcome snack or nothing on my room. Room was nice, beautiful, and clean. Its also quite spacious. Comfy bed, nice pillow, great amenities. Lots of natural lights from the window. Room also have safe deposit box and ironing board.
Breakfast is great, many options. Also as a VIP got access to the exect lounge with nice snacks and drinks available.
Location is great, near the city center and a lot of public transportation, bus stop and metro station is nearby.

Very beautiful hotel right at the centre. Close to many attractions. The pool was refreshing! I recommend

They could have been nicer and let us stay in the room past 12 o’clock, especially since I added money on the first day

An excellent hotel with an excellent location, but very noisy. The lobby is always full of people. At night, they scream in the hall and prevent us from sleeping. The TV in the room didn't work. We expected a little more from a 5-star hotel.

Radisson Blu Bucharest delivered exactly the kind of stay that makes you pause at checkout and think, “יאללה, הייתי נשארת עוד לילה.”

The service was genuinely outstanding — warm, attentive, and professional without feeling stiff. The rooms were beautifully designed, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, the kind that make you want to come back early just to unwind.

A special shout-out goes to Teodora from the reception, who was exceptionally kind, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Her attitude added a real touch of elegance to the experience.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, style, and a team that truly cares. The kind of hotel that reminds you hospitality can still feel personal.

Wait times can be pretty long. It gets crowded during lunch hours. They have a lunch menu that's quite cheap but portions have got significantly smaller over time and with fewer options to choose from as well. Orders and takeout are available too. Overall you can have an OK meal here for a decent price but I'd rather go for the more quiet hours.

Nice enough, but not the best. Great livers, and the Romanian salad was yummy. The traditional Romanian food is good. Can't say the same for their cordon blue or rosemary potatoes - average to meh.

Horrible food at high prices. My bolognese had one teaspoon of meat, no taste... Melanzane de parmigiana had not seen vegetables...

A typical Italian restaurant: big footbal tv-screen on the wall, not particular fast serving but is has some ambiance, freshly baked pizzas wich are very tasteful and baked in a traditional oven! Good price - quality!
