Completely unsatisfactory from Trip.com and the Hotel. The Hotel was booked in error for the wrong dates, by one week. They both declined to modify the booking. Scam of the highest degree.

The hotel is clean and spacious and early check in at 10:30 am. They even kept my lose phone at the front desk.

Everything is good but staff is the best

Service was good as always by JW brand, but the rooms are little dated, especially the bathrooms very old. Not much amenities. Service was very good by all the staff especially by PUFU in the steakhouse house.

I was very disappointed with my stay. There was a strong and unpleasant smell of sewage in the rooms, which could also be detected from the hallway, even 10 meters away. I was on the 5th floor, and despite the hotel’s reputation, this was not what I expected.
Additionally, loud music from a nearby bar or restaurant continued until midnight, making it very difficult to sleep. I had to keep the window open due to the smell, and so did my colleague in the neighboring room — but with nighttime temperatures around 8–9°C, the room was uncomfortably cold.
Overall, the experience fell far below expectations for a hotel with such a good name.

Food reasonable BUT worst service I have ever experienced. Server didn't greet us, seemed very taken with his phone and in a hurry. He came to take our plates before we had even finished eating. When asked to wait for us to finish the food, he threw the chips (placed in a net-like basket) on the table!!! We were like WTH is going on? When he returned the change for the bill, we found out that he had already taken his tips!!! ( more than the usual, polite 10 %). I don't recommend this place. They should close down.

Good food and good variety but unfortunately the staff can be a little inflexible. I asked for a chicken sandwich and when they started stuffing the bread roll with fries I asked them to stop and put the fries on the plate. This seemed to stretch the cook to the very limits of his good will and it took a fair bit of convincing to get him to fullfil a very reasonable request. They either need to train their staff better or improve their processes to ensure their customer service is at the same level as their good food.

It took over one hour (!) before our food arrived. We thought they had forgotten about us. The food was way too spicy - we asked for 'medium'-spicy (which is what we are accustomed to in Indian restaurants) and what we received did not resemble 'medium' at all. Because of this, we did not enjoy the food even though it was made with high quality ingredients.
So, two things to remember when visiting this restaurant:
1. Free your entire night.
2. Ask for less spicy than you are used to.
