It was a pleasant stay

The location is good and can be easily accessed from the airport via the local bus and train. The rooms are well-sized and the bathrooms are quite modern. It was a bit difficult sleeping, but not bad. The breakfast can get very busy and it seems to only have a limited number of tables at peak times, particularly 08:00 and it often got much quieter after 8:45 if you want to avoid waiting for a table!

Good location close to the airport bus route (100) and a short walk to the Cala Victoriei which leads to the old town (about 3k walk) and is probably the best road in the city for bars, restaurants, gelataria, coffee shops, *******, museums etc. Our room was a reasonable size with a marble bathroom and good shower. The beds weren't particularly comfortable and the sheets were not a good fit. The hotel restaurant doubles as a Chinese restaurant in the evening. Breakfast is adequate but can get very busy.

Parking was charged even though there was no charge on the reservation.
Service was not satisfactory.

Amazing hotel, warm and loving staff, always looking for how to help, everything is clean, free high-speed internet, large and beautiful rooms, good breakfast, perfect location you are in the middle of everything 3 minutes walk to public transportation train city center and you don't hear anything, even the number 100 bus from the airport comes to the hotel entrance half a dollar per person, not our first time at the hotel and every time we are happy to come again. As soon as you arrive you get the room even if it is early in the morning, just perfect
