Excellent location on the way to the train We traveled a lot and were always greeted in the lobby with a smile A subtle smell of incense makes the experience quiet in a moment And most importantly, the people there are lovely We arrived to a simple room, and they brought us everything we needed, a really lovely and comfortable experience Recommended for those who like to walk a lot

All we needed, can't complain.You have to be happy to walk. There was airco, but it struggled a bit with the severe heat

Stayed one night at this hotel as I was in transit to Zurich and then Toronto. Checked in about noon I disagreed I was given a Superior Deluxe Room with Double Bed. My room is single room is on the third floor; with a single bed, fridge, TV...
What almost kills me is there is no lift nor elevator in this hotel. I had to dragged my bag to my room. Luckily the reception lady was nice to take the small bag for me, No overnight staff is there. I checked out at 3.30am to take my early fight. dropped my key at the reception.

I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Hotel Tranzzit. The location is convenient, especially for travelers using the train or public transportation. The room was clean and adequately equipped, offering a quiet environment for rest. I particularly appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, who were always ready to assist with any requests.

All the bad reviews about this hotel are fake. Room is clean. Check in at 12pm if you have time. Bus and tram stop is 3 min walk. Train station is 10 min walk. Bus and tram to train station is available.

Overall:
To stay and sleep only, it is more than enough! The reception is open limited hours so it was quite not convenient and I did not know how to checkout in the end. I just left the key at the reception desk and left.

Room equipment:
It should have had a hair dryer but it was not equipped. I wanted to ask reception but they were not there for help.

Housekeeping:
The housekeeper cleaned our room but didn’t change our towels. We couldn’t get fresh towel for our 2nd night and they forgot our bath mat so needed to use my face towel as replacement.

Location:
It is walking distance from Gara de Nord. The building is pink so it was easy to be sighted from the distance. The area looked dodgy and felt unsafe late at night (like about 21:30)

Overall, if you just there to sleep, it’s good. Nothing fancy.
