Hotel Yesterday in Bucharest

Upon entering the hotel, a man hairless receptionist was very rude.

With the help of an elderly lady, we managed to reach an agreement on the issue of rooms.

The breakfast was cold and at one point when the employee was carrying bread some pieces fell on the floor and he put them back together with the rest for the customers to eat.

The rooms were clean and warm.

There are definitely better hotels in Bucharest.

The restaurant in the hotel is the worst experience ever!
Waiters are very unpolite or some even rude, you feel you are disturbing them when you make an order.
Otherwise the food is delicious, rooms are ok, and the receptionist LADY is very kind.

The room was very noisy, with disturbances coming from both the street and the restaurant. Although the room was spacious, the additional bed was extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast was nearly satisfactory, but could use serious improvement.

The hotel is situated quite close to the metro and to other means of public transport. That’s the only upside.
My room was clearly not cleaned very thoroughly. It was dusty and the towels had weird stains on them. There was hair around the bathroom sink. The bathroom and the air vent by the wardrobe had signs of water damage on the ceiling. The shower was moldy, the sliding doors could never be fully closed and the shower head was leaking from the sides. Water from the tap smelled of old pipes, especially when it was warm. The bathroom was just overall dirty and unpleasant to use.
The walls were very thin, to the point that I could hear my neighbor showering/using the toilet/moving around their room. I could also hear a party that was going on 3 floors below my room. As well as constant noises from the street at all times. The room was also awfully stuffy and warm (in December), even though the radiator and the AC were off.

I stayed yesterday (409)itwas hot there is no water the breakfast inadeguate.You dont want to eat the short lady with black hair is SHOUTİNG.WITH A HIGHER VOICE.the room is dark.the bathub is leaking water refrigerator is not cooling ,THE STAFF ARE VERY RUDE

I was extremely disappointed with the hotel. Upon checking into the room, I found that air conditioning and heating were available, so I was reassured that if it got cold I would be able to turn them on. Subsequently, however, I could not find the remote control for the air conditioner, and the heater remained cold. When I inquired at the front desk, the answer was that it was not cold enough outside to turn on the heater, but also the remote control for the air conditioner was missing because the freon was being changed... OK, but there were no extra blankets in the room. The receptionist said he couldn't give it to us as the room where they were kept was locked and he didn't have a key... Highly disappointing!

There is a bad smell in the corridors. Slippers, water and towel service in the rooms are either absent or failing. There's a good chance we'll slip and fall in the bathroom. There was a party in the restaurant all night long, it's impossible to sleep. It was a bad experience.

The beds are terrible. Breakfast is very poor. The staff are not bad, but the person who is said to be the boss's wife is very rude and disrespectful. I will never go again. There are neither slippers nor a glass of water in the rooms. There should not be a tourist establishment that treats customers this way.

The beds are medieval. Towels are missing. No slippers. There is no water in the rooms. The food is subpar. The hotel owner's wife is kind of greedy with customers. Even the officers are embarrassed by their demeanor. A weak area around the hotel is not suitable for shopping. Try other alternatives. Don't knowingly wish on a seasoned bad.
