I’ve arrived at 11 pm and didn’t realise that check in was online. Tired after a long day I’ve struggled with completing all the required information. Finally I was able to get inside the room. I left the room in the morning and returned at 9 pm , nobody at reception desk again. When I tried to open my door using the same code like the previous evening, the door couldn’t be unlocked. I’ve called a phone number that was outside the main entrance, but nobody answered. With the help of another guest I tried calling a different phone number. It was a romanian number, but the person spoke only English and Spanish. I was lucky I am speaking English. Finally I got a new entrance code and entered inside. The cleaning people were inside and that’s why the code was not working anymore. Is frustrating to pay for a room and struggling to get inside.

Hotel is good. The area looked a bit gloomy at night but I never saw anything or anyone to make me feel unsafe. I used a small cafe300m up the street for breakfast & there are some excellent restaurants within 1km. Staff spoke good English & were very helpfull. Airport bus, tourist information & metro close by.

These hotel have a good bed and sheets. The mattress was good as well. The stuff Adrien was very kind and supportive. He is very professional and has a very good English. Thank you.

Bucharest Gem
The hotel staff is incredible. They are very helpful and kind. The hotel is centrally located, so we walked everywhere. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very conveniently located right in the center almost. Everything is nearby. The room is clean. The breakfast was delicious. The staff is polite.

Nice hotel, good value, pretty central.
Decent location, short 15 min walk to the Old Town. Large room and nice to have a balcony. Bathroom was modern with good shower.
