Although it is located in the city center, it is a little far from the old town. However, there is a large park right next door, so I was able to enjoy a walk during my stay.
Although I arrived at midnight, check-in was smooth and there were no problems. The room I stayed in had large windows, so it felt a little cold near the window due to the heating, but overall I think it was tolerable.
The breakfast...
The facilities are a bit outdated, but the location is good; it's just so-so.
Located in the old town, the hotel is quite old. Be aware that you need to buy your own water daily, as they only provide water for one day regardless of your stay. Breakfast is simple. It's not good value for money, and the rooms are indeed very old. The staff are quite nice.
Room was fine, elevator was terribly slow.
Breakfast room was cramped, food was OK.

Excellent location on the way to the train We traveled a lot and were always greeted in the lobby with a smile A subtle smell of incense makes the experience quiet in a moment And most importantly, the people there are lovely We arrived to a simple room, and they brought us everything we needed, a really lovely and comfortable experience Recommended for those who like to walk a lot
The reception was very friendly, and the room was very spacious.
Check-in after hours is quite difficult. I called many times to have the code in advance, but they gave the wrong code.

All we needed, can't complain. You have to be happy to walk. There was airco, but it struggled a bit with the severe heat

I am always dubious about city centre hotels, but this one exceeded expectations. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, yet close enough to main roads. There are shops, cafes and parks nearby, and frequent buses towards the old town if you don't want to use Uber or Bolt. The staff were superb - I had a bicycle and they sorted out a secure area for storage. They were attentive, accommodating, friendly...
Excelent services! Friendly stuff, great accommodation. Special view from the dinning aria. Good selection of breakfast included in the price of the room. Good rates , no need of extra charge in reservation. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
Excellent customer service, warm welcome and friendly staff. We were accomodated earlier than regular check in time, the manager showed us to the room and was very friendly and helpful, staff was very welcoming and gives the establishment a friendly environement vibe. Thank you for your service!
I recently stayed at Johann Strauss Hotel, New and modern hotel. Clean and the minimalistic architecture suites me. Conveniently situated near top bars and restaurants, o recommend for anyone traveling. The staff were friendly, professional, attentive, comfortable rooms and spacious, desk, WiFi in all hotels area.

Great staff. The bed was hard and the shower did not drain properly in my room leading to overflow
Big clean romm and bathroom, very good services, good prices and very good location with acces to plenty of busses, tram , the metro Obor is about 8 min walking distance.
Very helpfull and professional staff, it was my second stay here and i will return.
Shower 🚿 pear was broken but okay 👍 managed to use it safely.
We stayed in a double room (rather spacious) with twin beds for two nights. The hotel seemed recently renovated, beds were comfortable, pillows not so good, it was relatively clean but there is room for improvement. There was a new air-conditioner and a new TV in the room, both worked just fine, but on the minus side there was no refrigerator. The bathroom also renovated and very decent and clean,...
It's a good place if you just want a roof over your head. You get a room, that's OK, a bed, that's clean, and a bathroom that just suits its purpose.
The rooms are quite noisy, but that's because the hotel is situated on a busy boulevard.
Is a place where you can find a good and wonderful staff. The rooms are amazing and very very clean ?

Firstly the hotel is gorgeous, the rooms are large and well appointed, comfy beds, nice big bath, mini fridge, slippers, comfy chairs, tea and coffee. Everything you could need, The staff are also excellent (multsumesc Andrej) and they had these little cheesy pastry things as part of the breakfast that were di-VINE. It's tall and thin with a small lift, very Parisian style.
The location is a short...
Lovely little hotel and even lovelier staff. Perfectly located for the centre of the old town. Would definitely stay again.
I come here with my mom and it was wonderful. The hotel has a nice 1920 there with old elevator that takes you back in time. The reception was very nice and let us occupy our room before schedule for only a small fee. Unfortunate, Old Town very loud and we could not rest, but this is not problem of the Hotel. Very good place.
I loved this place. It's in the old town, great location, great staff and very clean. Our rooms were huge, had a TV, wardrobe, tea and coffee making facilities, and paper slippers after your shower!
Breakfast was European, eggs, ham, cheese, omelette, and cereal, I can't say anything bad about it. Its not a posh 5 star, but it's a good, clean, roomy, friendly place to stay.
Large clean room with a bath. Right in the Centre of town. Staff really friendly.
Very noisy rooms. Can hear singing half the night. Didn't get any sleep. Invest in Triple Glazing.
Perfect Location in Old Town, very nice and friendly personnel, rooms so big and spacious, renovated baths, but the wooden floor is very noisy. Cleaning was not up to expectations ( glasses and coffee mugs were not replaced nor washed)

First room was cold they made a change but still not hot enough.
Rooms urgently need carpet renovation. Very old and worn out carpets . Also seat tables need to be replaced
Spent two nights in November. I have mixed feelings about this place. The staff is great, very helpful and kind but the hotel needs modernisation. It has a persistent soury smell throughout the hotel, in the rooms and hallways. Smells like old. The furniture is old and needs reconditioning. The window from my room got stuck and could be closed after 10 minutes of trying. The bathroom door had to be...
The property and staff were excellent. The front desk staff was outstanding as was the sales staff who helped prepare a crucial presentation.
The hotel has all the comfort you’d expect from Ramada. The access is difficult, and the parking lot is far from the entrance.
Hotel is located near to the airport (15mins by car). The hotel is situated in a residential area which has grown around the hotel. A larger vacant plot right beside the hotel. Not much to see in the neighborhood. However, there is a nice park close by near to the lake/river. Check-in was standard as well as the room. This hotel offers a very clean environment and a convenient location, allowing easy access to major tourist attractions on foot. I have been to this hotel before and gladly came back, great staff, clean, quiet and excellent location, the room was nice, renovated, the shower head can use a change in the shower but all the rest was great.

What a beautiful hotel! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It wasn’t a great location to walk to many of the sites in Bucharest. Good morning breakfast buffet was well worth it! Thank you to Mr. Christian for his kindness & professionalism. Even the elevator always smelled nice!
Great location, nice rooms, good breakfast, a pleasant courtyard for breakfast or for a drink in the evening, and above all very friendly and helpful staff. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The room was clean and spacious. Not the best view tho.
The facilities are clean and the service is excellent. However, it is more than 20 minutes away from the old town by foot, and the surrounding roads are heavily trafficked, so during the festival period, if you are traveling by car, please allow at least three times more time than usual.
Excellent service, friendliness and professionalism are the strong points. Super clean and elegant environments, well done and thanks for the hospitality
The location is convenient, the rooms are clean and spacious, suitable for the whole family to book, the price is reasonable, I will come again next time I go on a business trip, the price-performance ratio is relatively high, and it is also relatively close to the airport.
Huge room and good amenities. However, it was difficult to adjust the air conditioning properly, and therefore it smelled a bit musty at first.

Very Good location but i am surprised for 4stars hotel it doesn’t provide kettle
Excellent location right in the heart of Lipscani. The hotel is clean and comfortable.
The lock was broken, and it's a bit old-fashioned, but the location is excellent. You can also cook for yourself, it's more like an apartment. They allow early luggage storage. Overall, everything else was good except for these issues.
Staff were friendly and happy to help. Great location. Rooms are clean and spacious (stayed in premium single). The bed is comfortable, the place had heated flooring as well as the a/c. Breakfast was simple and good. If i had to complain about anything, and i’d be really nitpicking, it took a couple minutes for the hot water to come through.
It’s a great place to stay
The location was perfect for what I wanted to explore the old town and National History Museum etc. The room is tiny but has everything one needs. A pleasant budget stay.
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I had one night stay, then I went to another hotel for being with my family and came back for another two nights. The staff even checked me in early on my second stay. The hotel is within walking distance from all the tourist attractions and restaurants. I absolutely recommend..

The rooms are all theme rooms for different countries and time periods. We were in the French Provence room. Our friends were in the Meroc Room. So cool.
Tasty breakfast, great location, a bit noisy because of guests and clubs, room temperature was a bit all over the place
Lovely hotel great staff
We were welcomed with chocs and a bottle of Prosecco on arrival as it was my partners birthday, this was such a nice touch
Great night life in surrounding area and super friendly staff
Our room was spacious and ver modern with tea and coffee making facilities and a well stocked mini fridge
Would recommend!
Service and cleaniness are excellent.
The personnel is friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is good, but not very varied.
Since the hotel is on the edge of the old town the neighbor restaurants can be noisy. The building has no elevator. You have to able to walk the stairs.

Cozy, small hotel. Feels like home. The breakfast is just what you need for a good day start. Nice, clean rooms with amenities. Heat was working properly. Bed is completely comfortable for a good night sleep. Thank you for making my stay so good.
The standard could be raised only with a little touch. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately there was no chair in the room. The place to sit was a simple thing without a backrest. The number of hangers in the cupboard was inadequate for a five day stay. The breakfast buffet was quite acceptable.
