Everything was perfect. Totally recommend it. If I had to pick one flaw, the bed was a little soft. Location 10/10.

Location of this hotel in the old town is the perfect base for exploring central Bucharest. Couple of mins walk to tram stops. 5 mins walk to the Central Park. Hotel is lovely, modern feel and trendy slogans and decor. Staff were amazing here, we felt very welcome. They were very helpful on check in and check out. Decent hotel, in a great location for the old town. Receptionist was super friendly. There was a weird smell in the lift and hallway sometimes but could have been another guest. Overall fantastic stay.

Loved this Hotel. Great location. Excellent friendly staff. We had a free room upgrade the room was fantastic with panoramic views of the city. Close to airport busses and only 5 euros for a taxi to old town. Breakfast was great. We will stay here again next time and highly recommend.

The room was amazing! I had a great time with my friends and I saw Mitică which also made my day because he was very nice to everyone, making this hotel one of the best hotels I've ever seen. The pillows were very soft and the room was beautoful, with the spectacular view.

In a perfect location walkable to Metro station , staff are super friendly. Breakfast are all same everyday but tasty. One thing that can be better is the unstable water pressure. I’m lucky to occupy a parking it seems vacancy for car park is so limited.

Well located, close to the main sights of Bucharest.  The room was clean and the concierge was professional but the room was a tad small and too hot to my taste (though this was an issue for me in other hotels in Romania as well).

The hotel is in a great location! Take the bus from the airport to the University Station, then pass through Old Town and you're there in 10 minutes. There are restaurants and attractions nearby, all within walking distance. The room was spacious and provided slippers, which was great. The mini bar items were also very affordable. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. 5 stars! Highly recommended

Everything went absolutely wonderful. Especially considering that administration upgraded my room for free. The bar on base floor includes great selection of spirits. Additionally, we had a well-done breakfast.

Centrally located near Old Town, room is a bit small but clean, and the restaurant within the hotel serves not only good food but also with exceptionally outstanding service as well.

Not bad! It's clean and tidy. The only downside is the sound proof. It's quite noisy when someone talks in corridor. This is really bad.

Stayed 2 nights. Had to check in late but the concierge was very helpful and even changed our room to accommodate our request. The hotel is very clean,, staff amazing. It was a very satisfying stay! The quality of the hotel room was surprisingly better than I expected. The front desk staff were also very friendly, and when I asked to store my luggage before check-in, they were more than happy to accommodate me. The location was also conveniently located within walking distance of the Old Town, the city center. I highly recommend it!

Hotel CH Bucharest (4★): Modern, clean, and comfortable, just 10 minutes from the city center. It offers free Wi-Fi and parking, a full breakfast, and very friendly staff. Excellent value for money for business or leisure trips.

One of the sole hotels super close to the city center with a pool and gym included although that is outside of the hotel building and actually belongs to a gym chain. You can enter for free as a hotel guest. The hotel is a bit of a labyrinth but once you understood the layout, it works out nicely. People are friendly and service is good. You are not here for the views though :D

The service can be A lot better/ we asked foor clean towels few time and didnt get only when keep asking. The toilet seat was broke, we aske for fix and in all 4 days dhey didnt fix even when we asked few times. The stuff are very nice and look that they care and every time we asked something I saw that they colling for fixing but most of the time it didnt happened or happened after few request

Highly recommend this hotel! The rooms were spacious and felt right at home, maintaining Raddison standards. The receptionist was very welcoming, and the breakfast was quite substantial. Most noteworthy is their affiliated professional gym, which has an indoor pool and a full range of weightlifting equipment. I went twice a day during my stay – it was fantastic!

The location is good. It took long time to wait the queue at reception. The space is big enough but the bathtub clogged at the beginning. The team fixed after 20min.

The hotel is very big. It is linked to the radisson blue hotel next door and be accessed without leaving the inside. The breakfast choice was smaller than i expected but was still very tasty. Not sure it is worth the price to be honest.

To leave only 1 towel in the bathroom when 2 are booked in is not what is expected in a 4 star hotel. Room generous in size but not decoration or rug meant it felt blank. This is not a bad hotel but there is enough choice so that if Bucharest again I’ll try somewhere else.

This is a wonderful hotel. It’s clean and quiet with a comfortable bed. The grounds are very pleasant, too. They have several restaurants or bars on the property with good food. The breakfast buffet is excellent.

Low budget hotel quality. Food is atrocious. Simple rooms, you will usually find something that’s not working. If you just hold event or a meeting here, go for buffet lunch. Else it will take one hour

Excellent service and breakfast. I liked The neighbourhood also, park lake mall is close and IOR Park. The price was very good , if you call them directly they offer a better price than any other platform.

A short stay, extended longer than the originally foreseen term, also allowed my fiancée to visit the pleasant area of ​​Bucharest where this hotel is located. Clean and well located hotel. It's easy to get to and secure parking is fine. The staff is very friendly, customer oriented and always available. I recommend it with confidence. I will come here in the future.

It's perfect. It's close to attractions and the subway station. The airport is a 20-minute taxi ride away, and the bus takes over 40 minutes, including the wait time. It's much larger than your average European hotel.

Nice location, delicious breakfasts, quiet place with no road noise. There's a spa. If the price is right, I recommend it.

The hotel is really far from old town, breakfast was just ok, the reception lady had no much information to provide or wasn’t going any extra to assist.

Staff are very helpful However the closeness to the tram means it's noisy late night / early morning.. Also the rooms were far too hot. The temp controller set to 17 made it even worse..

Nice room in a great hotel. Location is excellent, 15 minutes by foot to the old town and with bus and tram links nearby. Breakfast was good, and the attached restaurant La Salumeria Cucina was outstanding, a welcome convenience after travelling. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel is modern and staff friendly enough. Bed was comfy . Bathroom could have done with a scrub above flooring by walls but overall clean. Breakfast is free , not a huge choice but tasty .

The hotel is in the heart of NOISE. Our room was overlooking the nice park and I paid for the nice view of the park and for central location. But I only arrived to find that there is huge construction in the park, starting from 07:00 am. The noise of the street is unbearable, ambulances all night and even standard traffic noise. I was traveling on business, so the Hotel location was one of the reasons I picked Hotel Ambasador. You can also get easier to great places for dinner in a 10/15 minutes walking. The common areas cleaning may have been what I experienced as not so good, considering its a 4* Hotel. The room was good, comfortable enough and the personal was quite friendly and enjoyable.

Hello , I spent two nights in this hotel, it was very warm, not noisy, the room was in good condition. The only negative is that the hotel is empty, I was alone and it was a little scary. And I constantly had to go down from the 8th floor back to the reception because my key card didn’t work. If you need an iron or a toothbrush with toothpaste, ask at the reception. Great value hotel centrally located in Bucharest. Maximum 15-20 min walk to the old town and nightlife areas. Clean rooms with TV, fridge, small balcony, good shower and helpful staff, supermarket across the road. Breakfast is basic but enough to keep you full until the afternoon. Very hospitable, warm,tram stop 3min walk away to the hotel. There's a large Carrefour shopping center, McDonalds etc and taxis 5min into the heart of Bucharest . There's a lake like about 10- 15min walk. It's impressive, it's massive.

Rooms offer a poor experience but if you’re looking for a one night place to crash, this is your place. Design wise, the hotel offers room that look like rooms from communist era, with green bathrooms (weird colors), I was pretty disappointed by their customer service, it was slow! And I received a call to check out after I had already checked out from the hotel.

It's a bit far from the central station, but there are Carrefour and shopping malls nearby, which is very convenient. The room is comfortable and has air conditioning, but there were some small cockroaches when I first came in. The hotel was very good to provide me with insecticide

Nice "oldschool" hotel, with magazines and tourist flyers at the reception desk. Nice, clean comfortable room. There is no dedicated parking lots from what I could tell, or not enough, but the clerk can point you to a public parking very close by (1 minute down the road) with plenty of spaces when I arrived and free of charge. Fair VFM, place to sleep but not more. This is a bare-bones hotel, located a short walk from a shopping center and a longer walk from the train station. Checkin and staff were fine, room was a little small but clean, wifi worked fine. Had a minibar fridge and enough storage space. There was no breakfast - restaurant seems to be permanently closed. Some vending machines in the lobby.

Was upgraded to a lovely suite with living room area. Even though this hotel is titled as Unirii Square it is still a fair walk away and most of the Square was closed for renovations. Breakfast was decent and quiet. Traffic around Bucharest is very challenging including outside the hotel. Reasonably priced minibar in room.

The hotel is located in the city center, with convenient transportation and parking at the door. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. It is not luxurious but has a high cost performance. The breakfast is also good, and the menu changes a little every day.

There was no water in the room, so you had to buy it yourself. There's a gym on the second floor, so it's best to bring your own water. The water in the water dispenser wasn't replaced. There was also a power outage in the morning, which didn't come back on for two or three hours.

A modern, well appointed room, and responsive staff. Near central location made sight-seeing easy. A good range of self serve breakfast options made a great start to the day. And the tour options offered were excellent.

Loved the quirky nature of the hotel. Breakfast was good, the staff and service were great. One drawback was the number of stairs though there is one small elevator. Quiet location not too far from the centre of town
