Hotel is just beside the train station. Easy to move around, abit distance from old town, but taking bus is ok The breakfast is ok. But is a building beside the hotel.

Was dreading going here from the reviews I’d read but honestly had a lovely stay. We had the deluxe suit and thought it was lovely the staff went above and beyond with everything. For what I paid and considering it’s România I really believe the hotel was worth the money only thing is I’d recommend they did English food as an option especially on breakfast.

Air condition didn't work as it should.

It is not a 4 star that's clear ! Spa they said is under maintenance..i dont rhink but anyway ...breakfast a la carte ...the restaurant is only open for breakfast not other moment in the day . Is not like the phoenicia quality that we expected. Great Hotel in a Great location The room was spacious with a large foyer and a large bathroom with tub and shower. It was very clean and in excellent shape for a "grand old hotel." The location was perfect for walking to the performing arts venues during the George Enescu Music Festival (which was magnificent).

The location is excellent, the lobby and restaurant are gorgeously decorated, but the room layout is poor. Facilities: Terrible. The shower had low water pressure and splashed all over the floor. The washbasin was completely out of place and, worse still, incredibly awkwardly designed. I kept mistakenly turning it on when it was off, getting myself soaked.

Very nice hotel in Bucharest center. It has convenient parking places. A nice surprise was a bottle of wine in the room for just a two nights stay. Clean and quiet. Breakfast was quite plentiful. Good cable TV. Also good internet.

The hotel is slightly outside the main tourist area and not as central as some other options, but it’s located in an up-and-coming part of Old Town Bucharest. I have a very pleasant stay! The room is nice ans clean, the breakfast is beyond expectation, the service is also very good!! And this hotel alsk in a very good location, easy to access anything and pretty easy to walk to the metro and the bus station too I checked in pretty late (~9 pm+) but there is someone at the service desk, so it is very convenient!!

i been there for a week and few things want to say. its more 3 star hotel then 4. breakfast is good. In a room few things missing a lot. kettle with water and tea or coffee. i dont want all the time go to first floor to get simple water. no Full size mirror in a room. Other then that everything was fine.

Just to be clear, the hotel doesn't have a parking lot. There are plenty of parking spots on the (very busy) street for 30 lei/day. The soundproofing of the windows =0 so you can listen to the intense traffic until you fall asleep. (You get earplugs though...) The breakfast was good, with good variety. The bathroom was clean, no mold or anything, the room itself is an average hotel room. I don't know...

Very nice reception and quick and easy check-in and out - the staff is super nice. Our room was quite small and a little loud from the street. The bed was quite hard and had an uncomfortable plastic layer below the sheets. But the breakfast and location is amazing and overall a great deal for the price, so I'd go there again.

I booked this hotel as it’s in a great location and only 10 minutes walk from where I needed to get picked up for a day tour. Check in was easy, even though I had to wait a while as a big group arrived just before I did and there was only one receptionist working. Our only complaint is the slamming of doors and no soundproofing of rooms (there were twins in the next room that screamed nonstop). There are gaps under the door so you do hear everything.

The management team made my stay easy and convenient. This hotel/apartment is in one of the BEST parts of Bucharest, lots of great food and shopping nearby. great location. about 10min walking distance to old town, about 20min to bucharest fountain, a metro is right opposite, bus stop on the left of the hotel has bus 100 that goes to the airport, complimentary nespresso coffee pods and bottled drinking water, attentive english speaking front desk service staff.

The location near the train station is great, barely 5 minutes from the platforms. Due to the lack of air conditioning, the rooms are incredibly warm. I therefore advise against booking this hotel when it's below 25°C. As soon as the window is open, you can hear the noise from the railway yard. The price is undoubtedly great, but they should at least have fans in the rooms!

The location was convenient as it was close to the station. The cleaning was not good and I was not sure if the towels were changed. The floor, which was clean, was dirty after the cleaning.

The nearest station is Bucharest North Station, which is one train ride away from Henri Coanda Airport. It's about a 5-minute walk. The area around the station has a bad vibe, but the hotel was fine. The hallways were generally dark because the lights were turned on by motion sensors. There was a restaurant in the basement of the hotel, which was open and had good service.

The rooms were of good standard. However the breakfast was not particularly good, so we dicided not to eat breakfast at the hotel. Also the reception decided to call our room at 1 in the morning waking both of us up, and had me come down to the reception to pay for the stay. I asked if I couldn’t pay when we checked out the next morning, but for some reason that wasn’t possible.

Hotel is good. The area looked a bit gloomy at night but I never saw anything or anyone to make me feel unsafe. I used a small cafe300m up the street for breakfast & there are some excellent restaurants within 1km. Staff spoke good English & were very helpfull. Airport bus, tourist information & metro close by.

The restaraunt is located vis-a-vis of Baneasa Shopping Centre and near Decatlon and it is nicely set inside the woods. It is a cool and quiet place being a perfect choice for the summer evenings. Food was delicious. I had a Beef Burger Yummy which was one of the yummiest I have ever had. Staff was very friendly. I am looking forward to coming again to this restaurant.

The hotel was very warm and clean. As an inconvenience, I can note that it was divided into two buildings and the restaurant was in the third. The breakfast was poor in terms of food. Another thing that impressed every member of our company (6 people) was that the mattresses were extremely hard and uncomfortable.
