Stayed as a family of 2 adults and 2 small children. From the pros: helped to book, quickly issued, a good area for playing with children. Of the minuses: when booking a bath, always say several times that you are with children and exactly how many degrees the water is in the pool, there was a huge calculation for it and it’s a shame that despite all my questions and wishes, it didn’t work, the water...

Nice scenes and beautiful, cool place to weekend visit. Place has museums, hotels restaurants and cottages for rent.

Lived here from 5 to 6 January 2017. The overall impression is positive. But the price of the room 6600r it was not cleaned (there were the candy wrappers and receipts from previous tenants), all furniture was in dog hair. The clothes then had to clean. Also in the kitchen there was the usual tea cups, only glasses. In General, the price matches the service.

Highly recommend to get to this place in a snowy winter. A sense of the fairy tale will stay with you forever.

Good hotel. Courteous staff. The rooms are cozy. Breakfast and dinner for 300 rubles, lunch 350 rubles. Plus complimentary coffee, tea, juices and biscuits anytime in the buffet. Of the inconvenience is noise isolation, "neighbors" can be heard very well. And another of the minuses, this is a construction site right under the windows of the hotel.

The rooms on the third floor are more than modest. Only the most basic set of amenities. Everything is saved by the staff, very caring, polite, attentive. Delicious cafe. You can change breakfast for dinner with a small surcharge if you don't have time for breakfast. Test!

There are two hotels here, Vega and Aurora. Excellent transport accessibility. Near the store Ocean, Central Market, embankment. The optimal ratio of price - quality of service, helpful and polite staff. The kitchen is not super duper, but solid and plentiful, the products are fresh. The rooms are well-cleaned and look fresh, well worth the money. There is a parking place for vehicles for hotel guests

There is a dining room on the first floor, but opens late at 9 o'clock in the morning. This is a minus, because some need to leave early. The girl administrator and staff are very polite. Recommend!
