Our stay here was pleasant and the staff was really nice and could talk in perfect English. Unfortunately they didn't give us our visa registration when we left and we had some trouble in the next location we went to. But when we called they instantly mailed us a digital copy of the registration and the problem was resolved.

Stayed for a month in the hotel. The local the Law University uses the hotel for Lecturers. It is a brutalist building, square and concrete. The room was basic but OK. The bed was incredible. Food was a real odd mix of all sorts for breakfast. The bar was nice and well priced. Service at the Front Desk lacked a lot. Next time I guess the Novotel is the answer.

The location is very convenient, everything is close by. The room was nice, the only inconvenience was the lack of a kettle and tea and coffee in the room. Housekeeping was a 4, and the towels were crumpled on the third day at my request. Otherwise, everything was great.
