Excellent hotel. Good service. The room was wonderful, the room had absolutely everything you need. Cutlery, dishes, stove, refrigerator, cooking utensils, washing machine. Which is very convenient for a long stay.

Everything is fine, and all the employees I meet can speak English, which is the biggest plus.

I would like to say I have booked the valo hotel for three person but he is taking too much time to alot me the room. i have booked room two person with additional one bed,one person. This was my first time staying at the Ramada Hotel in an apartment building and the experience was terrible. There were so many people waiting for the elevator, the room was like a small apartment, not like a hotel.

Had a rest at the end of October, prices were 1000 rubles per day, the price-quality ratio for that kind of money was normal. Lovely hotel, wonderful staff, perfect cleanliness in the room. The room even has a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. Kitchen in the room with all amenities and utensils. Perfect place.

Comfortable, clean apartment hotel. The room has comfortable furniture, no unpleasant odors. The staff is polite and competent. There is parking, but it is small outside. Guests smoke on the porch, so it's worth discussing right away if you want a room away from smokers. WiFi is weak, apparently a lot of load.

They did not clean the room during your stay no matter how long you stay . And you asked them to clean after three days living there , no one shows up cleaning . Very dirty apartment after three days living .and they only offer supplies for only one day. You need buy water or supplies yourself .

We had an incredible experience with the Adagio Apart Hotel at Kievskaya, Moscow. Great location, very comfortable, but we found the staff of the pool area not welcoming. Despite this bad experience at the pool, we had a lovey stay at the apart. Hope to come back to Russia someday and stay at Adagio or Novotel. Very comfortable places.

Lived here for seven months and an amazing experience. No other apart hotel Petersburg and nowhere near the level of service, comfort and convenience. Beautiful building, high quality construction and lovely staff. And it's a dog! — a rarity when hiring. Stable Internet connection, good insulation, ventilation is very important to me.
