I am pretty much satisfied. Despite some minor issues my stay is good

It's ok. Quality bathware. Nice air. But not exceptional customer service. Could not provide spoon and fork at reception if not ordered with food from room service.

Was a hotel guest on a business trip in the second half of February this year. Despite the record cold, the room was warm, plumbing and household appliances worked like clockwork. Breakfast could fill you up for the whole day. On weekdays, the Nebo bar, which offers a delightful view of the river, served inexpensive business lunches. Everything suited me.

The hotel is located on the embankment, next to the central square of Arkhangelsk. We had a spacious double room. Room cleaning is daily. Breakfast at the hotel in the form of an excellent buffet. And this is included in the price of the room. Great hotel!

For 2014 it was a wonderful hotel, the best hotel in the city. Then I gave it 5 stars. Now, judging by the photos, it is outdated, and after the opening of Novotel I prefer Novotel. However, the memories of Pur-Navolok remained wonderful.

Excellent modern hotel. I stayed in the "comfort" room. The room is spacious, light with an interesting design. Soundproofing is good. The view from the window to the Northern Dvina is simply stunning, photo attached. Large lobby bar. Everything is there.
