I am pretty much satisfied. Despite some minor issues my stay is good

A good example of old Soviet Union service.Small noisy rooms , breakfast with a really small assortment.Service and attitude on the low level...but OK for a night or two if you spending day in the city.

It's not much accommodation, how much a business center. Here we buy vouchers for the South in one of the tour companies. Or rather did before the fall of the ruble :)

Great hotel with soviet-era quirks and charms.

Cons: room only had three sockets, for TV, refrigerator and lamp, you want to charge the phone, then cut off, and such a Breakfast 418 rubles is too cool, although the choice is in principle good

It's ok. Quality bathware. Nice air. But not exceptional customer service. Could not provide spoon and fork at reception if not ordered with food from room service.

Breakfast is a separate story, a great choice. There is a play area (table tennis, children's vending machines) and a children's room, pool and Spa. The elevators are also aesthetically pleasing

I stayed at Bogatyr Castle Hotel and I loved it. The hotel looks like a real fairy-tale castle, and it feels very magical. My room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable

The staff were friendly and always ready to help, which made me feel welcome. Breakfast was tasty, and there were many choices. I also enjoyed walking around the hotel because the design is beautiful and unique

They are changing for the better, there is a children's pool, there are more animators for children, different funny programs. This time I liked the clowns from the Mir Lits theater, the performance was just awesome

But the room this time is not so good. I don't recommend being with children under the roof, on the 7th floor, although the view from the window is beautiful

So, the room, since there is nothing to do in the room during the day, we only came with the children to sleep, all night you can hear the noise of some motors (I decided that the motors of the hoods were working), and there is also a stuffy smell in the bathroom (it felt like a basement)

The views are amazing, the air is amazing. Nearest normal store, crossroads. It can be reached by bus after the cable car. There is a problem with parking visa, ripping off, in the form of 500 rubles per day

A wonderful place to relax away from the hustle and bustle. Everything is fine here and the spa area and the gym with a climbing wall and food and very good tactful staff

The place is ideal for a company holiday. Large comfortable cottages where you can sit well in the common room. There is everything you need to relax. Pleased with its own cooler in each cottage

Great place for families with children. For kids a huge room, slot machines, a maze, a lot of toys. There were two times in the winter. Several saunas, a large pool + paddling pool for toddlers

Had wonderful time here, really enjoyed the meals and facilities. The only down side was lack of a crèche for younger children, you couldn’t leave them in the wonderful playroom the resort has.

in General the toilets removable seat made of polyethylene - not seen this anywhere else, even abroad! the only negative - when I was in the spring of 2106 was the repair of the road - it was hard to drive

Small but cosy standard room equipped with bathtub and having wonderful view for standard room. but, 500m is not so easy distance when outside temperature below -25C for walking travelers

Took a room there for our wedding night, I got under a 50% discount per room. The hotel is gorgeous, saw nothing wrong. The staff is friendly, everything is clean, the room and everything in its place.

There is no toothpaste or toothbrush in the room, but you can ask for them at the front desk. There is a small green park behind the hotel, surrounded by commercial streets and a few minutes away from the subway station

We had to catch our flight and left, and although we emailed them requesting the proof of residence to be issued after they opened, we received no reply

The tram runs, so it's easy to get to the hotel. The staff is friendly. It was nice that the thermostat worked well.

The unsatisfactory points: During check-in, we were asked for a proof of residence, and the front desk said it could only be issued the next day

We informed them that we had an early morning flight the next day and needed to check out at 7 am, and the front desk readily agreed

We came for a weekend at the end of November to celebrate our silver wedding. Despite the fact that we have a basic category in the loyalty program, the hotel independently upgraded our room category at no extra charge

Polite and caring staff, waiters in restaurants (I can especially note Denis) in the Like restaurant. Large and well-equipped territory for walks. We did not want to leave, if possible, we would definitely stay longer

The room is wonderful, very clean, cozy. Good and comfortable furniture, WI-FI in the room. We ordered breakfast, lunch and dinner, SPA, and the hotel gave us significant discounts. Very tasty, good choice of menu

Only negative note, the heating was so high that both me and my wife didn't sleep during the night, we even turned on the air conditioning and set to 0 the heating but still was way too much

Free shuttle goes to the Hotel every 30 minuts, you can find it near Exit 2 of Domestic terminal, the shuttle bus locates near red big buses. Very clean rooms, breakfast cost 1200 rub.

My flight was unexpectedly cancelled, so I had no choice but to rebook to an airport near this hotel. The hotel is very close to the airport and offers a free shuttle service
