Very cozy, neat. The fact that the furniture is not exactly the freshest - gives it a special twist. There is enough space for everyone in the parking lot and this is important! The bar staff is a separate topic: always with a smile, jokes 👍 It was important for me that there are several exercise machines.

A normal hotel, good cleaning, furniture and repairs are certainly tired, but the hotel offers free one-hour tea drinking, compensating for this with a pleasant bonus :)

I would say it is 2 star hotel is not modern, seems refreshing must be done to improve the rate of hotel, old style TVs, lack of Ventilation, USB outlet. Staff to be trained for sufficient service especially in breakfast. However, quite area. Recommended, fine for one night

I got a room after renovation. Great view of the Volga. Excellent staff. They offered and helped me register in the loyalty program in order to check in earlier than the allotted time.

At first staff was nice, and they very frindly. The place have a great view on the city and volga river. But actually it's was not a best value or experience. I have visited other places with same and less price and more better experience and value. So for my experience I review this place 3:4 stars .

We reserved for 3 person, yet, all in room was only prepared for 2 persons, 2 cups, 2 towels ... Reservation said parking included, yet there was no place, we needed to park on the street. Hotel looked good, but experience not so good.

I had a wonderful stay at the Ararat Grand Hyatt Moscow. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to many main attractions. I come here every year; whenever I'm in Moscow, I stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, and the rooms are spacious! The subway, tram, and bus are all very convenient nearby! The breakfast is also rich, with a wide variety and fresh ingredients.
