I was not given the room I booked through the website. It was a shared room with a shared door, causing noise and disturbance. The staff were uncooperative. I booked a room with a view. The room was not delivered.

Absolutely nice hotel with international standards, modern design and located at the historic place of Saint-Petersburg. A normal hotel, good cleaning, furniture and repairs are certainly tired, but the hotel offers free one-hour tea drinking, compensating for this with a pleasant bonus :)

I got a room after renovation. Great view of the Volga. Excellent staff. They offered and helped me register in the loyalty program in order to check in earlier than the allotted time.

At first staff was nice, and they very frindly. The place have a great view on the city and volga river. But actually it's was not a best value or experience. I have visited other places with same and less price and more better experience and value. So for my experience I review this place 3:4 stars .

I live in the room that the repair has not been seen since Soviet times. Is 1800 a day, but this number should be 2 times cheaper (comparing the average of the country price/quality). On the 5th floor have been repaired, hopefully with time will improve the whole hotel.

I come here every year; whenever I'm in Moscow, I stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, and the rooms are spacious! The subway, tram, and bus are all very convenient nearby! The breakfast is also rich, with a wide variety and fresh ingredients.

I had a wonderful stay at the Ararat Grand Hyatt Moscow. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to many main attractions.
