- I asked for ice to cool a bottle of wine they charged me 1000 rubles about 14 $ , At the breakfast one the hosts went out fro the restaurant with a bottle of water one of the waiters went after him and took the bottle from him . very cheap thing for hotel like this, I felt shame for them

- Classy but a bit outdated. Reception service was slow and sometimes not too friendly. But overall great experience!
