- Cleaning staff maybe the worst I had in a luxury hotel. Didn’t arrange anything, there was some cheese from room service that they left for 6 days which was extremely visible on the desk (I left it there just to see how long they will take, they never took it until I directly) they just made the bed. One day Left the cleaning sign on, left for 6 hours, came back and they just turn the sign off and didnt clean or make bed.
- I extended the check out till 6 pm , I called the reception they informed me that i need to pay 17000 RUB but when i want to reception they told me 20000 RUB , I told them that we agreed to pay 17000 only , the receptionist told me that i called room service not reception but i am sure i called the reception and he didn’t give me the receipt..
- 1-No isolation at all 2-Cleaning so bad 3-For the reception staff at the hotel, they were very bad and unprofessional. They even mocked the customers. I asked to speak to the manager, but they brought one of their friends instead.
- Hotel in general was good , price could be better ( lower ) and flexibility for late check out if there is a chance (they ask me for 2000 rub for late check out ! , my check in was at 23:00 )
