Okay, So the hotel is amazing. Great location and loved the staff. They were friendly and the receptionist could accommodate English speakers. The missing star because of the hard mattress in the room. It was so hard that I could not sleep the whole night. The room was very nice and staff were friendly and helpful! My main not so positive comments would that the air conditioning unit did not seem to work in my room. Also, unfortunately due to how the hotel is configured, I did not have a window to open for fresh air outside. Lastly, The walls appear to be paper thin; as you can hear everyone walking down the corridor or in the room around.

A very boring hotel with no windows. It has no lobby, and there are no windows at breakfast, only a dirty glass roof. The rooms are very gray, boring, and empty. Like a cave. The windows looked inside (a well), and the air conditioner was noisy all night. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Something needs to be changed.

The Four Seasons Hotel in St. Petersburg is truly luxurious and high-end in every detail. The service is exceptional, and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The restaurants are outstanding, offering excellent food and atmosphere. It’s one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I highly recommend it.

A perfect hotel in an unbeatable location, right next to St. Isaac's and the Winter Palace, close to the cruise ship terminal, and a short walk to Nevsky Prospekt. Almost everything is within walking distance. The decor and amenities are excellent, with beautiful architecture and décor. The toiletries provided in the room are also good. Highly recommended.

I liked the hotel's location and the quick service for requests. Despite being in the center, it was surprisingly quiet. The smart home features were a great addition as well.
