- It’s a hostel with private rooms. So the check in is so awkward where one person has to take off their shoes. Of course the area where you leave your shoes and jackets smells awful, but you don’t have to linger. The hotel has NO sign whatsoever so it a a challenge to find for a foreigner who does not speak and read Russian. And when called they asked you to WhatsApp. Overall the receptionist, while maybe it’s not rude, the attitude isn’t cold and indifferent. The mattress is not the best but the fatal flaw for me was the noise. The room has lousy soundproofing that you can hear everything said in the hallway and worse, the traffic noise is intolerable especially I have a front facing room.

- Called to ask how to get there , a young man was at the reception instructing, he was very rude and not clear and didn’t really bother helping. Very bad attitude. The other employee at the reception was a woman , very helpful and professional.

+ The loft has a great location, opposite Gostiny Dvor. Within walking distance of 2 metro station: Gostiny Dvor and Sadovaya. The loft has a nice area with a kitchen. The kitchen has 2 refrigerators for guests, microwave, sink and cutlery. It was enough for me to have a comfortable time. The room was great. Everything is very very beautiful, in the style of a loft + minimalism. My sister and I were delighted. We only stayed for one night. Satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Separately, I want to highlight that in the bathroom a brush with paste and feminine hygiene products were provided. We were greeted by a lovely hostess. She answered all our questions and we were satisfied.Excellent hotel. Take it for sure! It is a pity that inexpensive places shoot infrequently.

Great place that could sleep a couple of nights. Located near Nevsky Prospect, has a separate entrance. Inside, everything is decorated quite stylish and cute.
We took a room with a view of the attraction. Room cool, but a view of the vista ultimate so-so, only visible edge of the dome of the cathedral, but the night is well audible car traveling on the road outside.
The room had absolutely everything you need, including slippers, toothbrushes with pasta and tea with sugar.
In the end, we really liked the room, but for a long time to stop there probably is not very convenient, because area number is not very large and separate wardrobe there. But the night a couple of days - the most it!

Great view from the window. Friendly staff, everything is new and clean. I lived for 4 days, I am happy with everything, except that there is not enough shelf in the shower, but these are trifles, I made bottles for the tap.
The room is clean, the staff is polite. At first it seemed that it was too noisy outside the window. But then it became clear that the background noise sleeps much harder and longer. So, I recommend! It's just a pity that there is no refrigerator.
