Nice Hotel.
Very helpful staff who are always on hand with help and advice.
I appreciate the breakfast very much, many variations, everything fresh and very good taste.
The restaurant was always delicious too
I've always felt good and slept well.

+ Located in a quiet area, yet close to the center. the chefs are from another world. Excelling cuisines, although quite limited options I would say. very comfortable beddings The hotel is always clean. Excellent staff, customer service, incredible owner.28.05.2021

Nice place. The rooms are spacious, clean. Tourist kit, drinking water, tv, good wifi, soft beds... Oh, it's just a pleasure to sink into them after a walk on Peter. Excellent location, within walking distance of bus and metro, restaurants and cafes in different price segment. Also the Moscow railway station, Smolny Cathedral and the embankment, Nevsky Lavra.
Of the minuses, I note the presence of odor in the bathroom, probably due to the fact that the attic room is on the 4th floor (room 408). I am sure that the presence of automatic air freshener can handle it. Did not like the Breakfast, it's not worth it, just large amounts of food and vkusah not argue. Overall a good place, I recommend

Put 4, only because of the Internet regularly knocks: it was necessary to reconnect every time. It's a bit disappointing.
Otherwise, nothing to complain about: the food is excellent, hearty, fresh, delicious. The rooms are nice, have shower gels and shampoos, plenty of towels (towels are not changed dirty), but the new you waiting in your room. The beds are comfortable, saved well.
The window in the ceiling capricious, I do not advise to open it, I couldn't close, had to call to front Desk sent an employee he closed the third time. The room service was offered EVEN two times a day (travel a lot but I see this for the first time) ! The area is not large, but cozy, beautiful veranda, you can enjoy Breakfast indoors or on the veranda. All is well.
