A wonderful hotel with professional and dedicated staff. The studios with a terrace are a unique experience! Breakfast options range from omelets to pilaf and champagne. :) I'll likely stay here again.

+ The location is very good, it takes just 5 minutes to walk to Kazan Cathedral. It is a new hotel with the elevator in the building and everything is clean. The area of the room is also relatively large. The hotel has its own restaurant and bar. Everyone employee at the front desk was very friendly, professional, able to communicate in English and very welcoming. Very good cost performance

Be careful when booking rooms. They brazenly lie and settle in cheaper options, passing them off as deluxe!!! We have all the evidence, photos, as well as a screenshot of the reservation, accusing customers of slander instead of correcting their mistakes, at least indicates the incompetence of the hotel manager. Please kindly match what is posted on your site and what you provide as a result. I wanted to bring the situation to the owners of the hotel, I'm sure they are not in the know. The manager unsubscribed on booking that they went to meet us, moving to a bigger room)) for our money they went to meet us and then after the scandal!)) They simply decided to throw us with a number before the new year, settling in a cheaper room, the mood was spoiled. In all countries of the world, hotel rooms correspond to the photo, but not in Bohemia...
