I would like to thank the amazing staff of the Fontanka Hotel. I liked everything: the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff, daily cleaning in the room and change of towels, maintaining cleanliness and order everywhere. There was a cooler on the floor, which instantly changed as soon as it ran out of water. Breakfast buffet - for every taste, was with children - they liked it. The most memorable event is that the child had a birthday during his stay in St. Petersburg. In the evening from the restaurant the birthday girl was brought a beautifully decorated dish with delicious cakes and a congratulation made with chocolate, and was presented with a corporate greeting card with good wishes. Wonderful! The convenient location of the hotel is also important: from the station. metro Baltiyskaya go forward on the left side to the bridge over the river, cross the bridge and go down the street for 10-15 minutes down to the Fontanka embankment,

Killed hotel. Repair of the requirement 20 years ago. The plumbing is dead, it is impossible to use it. All walls are stained and insect marks. The carpet has not been cleaned for the last 10 years for sure. Towels are more like floor rags. There are no outlets, do not dream of charging your phone, either light or charging your phone. It is better not to look at mattresses and bedding at all: there is someone's hair and stains.

The best was expected from the hotel. Very small room, no wardrobe, only a shelf, a bedside table, well, very small. Pure Sovdep. There is no air conditioning and this is a big disadvantage. There is no toothpaste or shaving equipment in the bathroom. But you can ask them. And in good hotels they should always be !!! It's a very long walk to the room, a long corridor. Although the hotel is located right on the Fontanka river embankment, there is a small square near the hotel. The metro is about 1 km away.

Rooms are small.But neat and tidy. The beds are super soft and good to sleep.The breakfast is in Azimut hotel, which serves fantastic food.
