Rus Hotel in St. Petersburg

Good location, hotel is also ok, above average. Food is quite decent, room is quiet. The room itself is very spacious and clean.

I really liked it, nice and polite staff. Nice room all amenities. Breakfasts were tasty and fresh.

The hotel "Rus" met all expectations. Very clean, comfortable room and pleasant staff. Photos are completely true. We express our gratitude to the hotel staff. I would like to note that everyone is very friendly and polite, so an atmosphere of good rest and excellent mood is created.

The Rus Hotel is located right in the center of St. Petersburg. All the sights of St. Petersburg are within walking distance (2 km radius). The staff is friendly and ready to help guests. I lived in a single suite. Everything is clean and tidy. The bathroom is cozy, there is plenty of space. Cleaning is daily with a change of towels, etc. On the fifth floor there is a restaurant where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner (buffet). On the first floor there is a restaurant "Sol". You can have a snack, drink beer or alcoholic cocktails. BUT, there are a couple of minuses, at least for me: a refrigerator without a freezer; there is no kettle. In general, the hotel is four stars, it deserves it. I recommend visiting!!!

Purely. Everything is neat in the room. Linen and towels are available and fresh. The bathroom is visually clean and does not smell. The only downside is the lack of water in the room. But there is a filter installation on the floor. The single room does not have a kettle and the ability to drink tea. It just needs to be kept in mind. Everything else is good. I will definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

The hotel is just wonderful, clean and spacious rooms, service, cleaning, food is definitely at the declared 4 ****, there is an option for a late check-out, and, most importantly, the attitude of the staff! We came for the weekend with a child, with a large excursion program, upon departure they forgot a very valuable item of personal belongings in the room, they called already on the way, asked to look in the room. We were pleasantly surprised and delighted with the instant feedback and the reaction of the reception and maids, everything is very fast found and awaits us at the hotel :)! Separately, it is worth mentioning the bath club, it is really one of the most comfortable, there is a Russian steam room, a font, a hammam with eucalyptus, herbal teas, a pool with hydromassage. It is better to sign up in advance, the day may not be the desired interval. We thank the staff of the hotel and restaurant, reception (receptionist Polina - special thanks to you), now in St. Petersburg we will only stay at this hotel. With gratitude, Tatyana.

Very cool hotel!!! Fully justifies its stars, there is nothing to complain about. For all 4 days only positive emotions. Helpful staff, clean rooms, cozy and functional. Next time only to them. Check in you won't regret it!!! Thank you guys for the wonderful impressions of St. Petersburg!!!
