- Everything is good but the laundry service fee is outrageous so you should do your own laundry by yourself at the building across the road.

+ Excellent staff, excellent clean and modern room that is actually large enough. Located in a convenient location, there is a metro station in 3 min, and a supermarket right in front of the hotel. Not too close to the center to be expensive, not too far from center to be inconvenient. Also they give you two water bottles every day.- Everything is good but the laundry service fee is outrageous so you should do your own laundry by yourself at the building across the road.

+ well located hotel, close to metro and small shopping mall...around 250-300m, has a supermarket right opposite to it. staff very friendly and well behaved. Receptionists speak English which is very helpful in communication. clean hotel. my room was small I would say but not bad. if someone has 2 suitcases may struggle to move around so book according to your needs. shower and toilets very clean descent size. breakfast is very good and a reasonable variety too. I lived there for 5 nights , as I went in peak holiday season ( new year) 30th dec to 3rd jan so may be prices were slightly higher but in other months prices could be cheap I assume. bedding was comfortable too. offers registration for foreign travelers, peace of mind for immigration purpose. All in All ....I am happy with my experience with the hotel and staff.- nothing to dislike to be honest.

+ Hotel has excellent customer service. They offer you following services: 1. Breakfast buffet 2. T-Bank ATM within hotel premises 3. Luggage storage for FREE 4. FREE water bottles It’s 390 meters away from Metro, strategically located opposite to supermarket and mall. For Muslims, there is halal food joint outside Metro station (right side). Hotel rooms were very clean and is equipped with 2 lifts. I would definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone who doesn’t want to worry about basic amenities.- -

- The check-out process was uncomfortable as we were asked several questions about the payment, even though it was completed at check-in and should have been reflected in the system. We were also asked to wait while this was verified, which was inconvenient as we were in a hurry.Additionally, we had mentioned in our notes that we were on our honeymoon, and it would have been nice if this was acknowledged.Also the rooms are small and not suitable for long stays.

+ Had a really great stay. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk to the metro station which takes you directly into the centre of town. The breakfast was very good with a great selection. I particularly enjoyed the Russian pancakes on offer. The room was clean and looked exactly like it did in the pictures online. The room is small but worked well for our needs as we only had one big bag and one small bag. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is also a pharmacy and convenience store located right opposite the hotel which is handy. It would be a tight fit if you had more than one big bag. The nearby mall just a couple minutes away had a money exchange bureau called Unistream which offered an excellent exchange rate. Overall I would recommend staying here and hope to return one day.- -
