Marosejka 2/15 Hotel in Moscow

+ Only restaurants staff and their services
- First of all the reception staff are very rude . They behaved like an illiterate person. No lift was there despite of my earlier email request they given me a 2nd floor room number 209. They totally refused to arrange the lift of my luggage. In hotel there are no room service.as we are the senior citizens from India we self lifted the luggage up to 2nd floor. We stayed in hotel for 5 nights. On 16th June when we are going to check out the room we again requested the reception staff seating there he is slim body without hair that please arrange the luggage shift from 2nd floor to reception area. He is not interested in my request. When we again request him he behaves we very badly and himself comes our room for carry our luggage and deliberately slide my one briefcase from upper stairs to down word resulting my briefcase badly damaged. When I object him he starting misbehaved us. He isn’t agree to accept his mistake resulting we left the hotel with my broken briefcase this is very troubling my rest Russia journey. I requested all the people who plan to stay in this hotel please not come there.

+ I'm giving it 3 stars. The location is excellent, right next to the metro. There's a minimart, pub, drug store, and supermarket within walking distance. I went with my sister and her boyfriend. We stayed in a twin bed + extra bed room. The room was spacious, the twin beds were comfortable, but the extra bed was a bit hard. We got an attic room.
- The less-than-ideal experiences were: 1. We were given a room on the 4th floor with no elevator. Everyone had one large suitcase and one carry-on bag, and there was no service or assistance to help carry them. 2. Travel cards and credit cards weren't accepted at the time or you need to have russian credit card, so we had to pay cash. The staff didn't have change, and we had just arrived without any smaller bills. We ended up getting three pairs of slippers as change (200 rubles). So, prepare the exact amount of cash if you plan to go. 3. The water heater in the room wasn't working well. It would stay on, but the water would fluctuate between hot and cold, scalding us several times. After walking around all day in freezing temperatures, we wanted a warm bath, but the water turned brown, so we couldn't use it. 4. The room's heating and cooling weren't consistent. We kept waking up because of the heat – sometimes our heads were sweaty, sometimes we felt cold and our throats were irritated. Personally, I wouldn't recommend it unless you are able to choose a floor and do not have much luggage. However, you should weigh the pros and cons mentioned above before making your decision.

+ Location Cleanliness
- I lived at room 1st floor room . There was noise from the bars and cafes outside and tried to change room during my 5-days stay but all rooms were full.
