- The overall environment of the hotel is not too problematic, but the related services provided are very unacceptable to me. Question 1: This is the main reason why I gave a bad review. The hotel details stated that I was able to check in early (this is the most important reason for me to book this hotel). As a result, after I arrived at the hotel, I was told that the hotel could not give me an early check-in. , My room is still unable to check in.If I want to check in early, I must modify to another more expensive room type and make up the difference of more than 3,000 rubles by myself.This caused me to disrupt my own travel plans. Question 2: The hotel details stated that it can provide luggage storage services, but after I left my luggage at the hotel because I was unable to check in early, I came back and saw that my luggage was placed unattended in the corridor of the hotel where people can come and go. This makes me unacceptable because I have valuable electronic products placed in the package.I can't imagine how long my luggage would be left there and how dangerous it would be if I didn't interrupt my travel plan and come back to check in in the afternoon. Please don't write out the services that cannot be provided, okay?

- the wall is too thin, you hear everything from the next room and outside. steep stairs it's hard for heavy baggages.

- I stayed in a room with a double bed, but instead of one bed, two single beds were connected together. The mattresses are very good, but due to the fact that there is a joint between the beds, it was not very comfortable to sleep.

Cleanest hotel I have been with the kindest receptionists. We even got chocolates after house cleaning. Remember to tip the staffs as is their custom. Thank you Katya for all the hospitality and recommendations - I hope you are well and we will always remember your hospitality :-) spasibo!

Pretty good hotel downtown in Moscow. It is super clean and in a great location with a 24h reception. Confortable, discrete, alright.
