- this hotel. Parking is a nightmare and completely inconvenient for drivers. The area is extremely noisy, and the hotel is dirty and poorly maintained. There is no elevator, yet the hotel is located on the 5th floor, which is unacceptable and exhausting. The receptionist was extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. He shouted at my sister simply because she opened her bag to check something. This behavior was disrespectful, humiliating, and completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the photos are misleading and do not reflect the real condition of the hotel at all. This is one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place.
