+ The room has everything you need and it’s clean. Also the WiFi is really good.
- But the walls are so thin that you can hear everything. I couldn’t sleep cause I had to listen to the next door Indians talk all night at 3 to 4 am every night and listen to their Indian songs and movies. I knocked on their door a few times but they didn’t answer. I went and asked the staff if they could change my room but they said no and didn’t even try to help or offer me any other solutions. Just a simple no and nothing else

+ Stuff is very kind and respectful. The check in and check out is very smooth rooms was ready and clean.
- One of our rooms have issue with AC (they provide fan as a temporary solution) it been fixed after two days of our stay, they didn’t change the room after we request that

The room is very good. The bed is perfekt to me. But the Breakfast is normal. No special at all. Times Starts from 7.30, but almost nothing hast arranged at this Time. You always have to wait 10 or 15 Minutes. The staff is very kindly.

The hotel is fully consistent with the price! The staff is friendly and will always wish you a good day! The rooms are excellent, they have all the necessary amenities, the comfort is at a good level, the bed is clean and white! The breakfast is very varied and delicious! The location of the hotel is ideal for people who come to visit the center of Moscow (20 minutes walk to Red Square! Generally 100% recommend!

The Location is good 5 minutes walk from taganka metro station there is 3 metro line it's very helpful. The standard room was comfortable and big enough and the room was very clean.
There personal is very nice and helpful. Great experience.

Nice hotel..great location too. Well maintained and clean hotel. It is a 3Star hotel. Hotel is just near the river side.

- No elevator, on check out I had to carry down the staircase my heavy suitcase myself

It's a cosy, clean and nice small 3 star hotel, friendly atmosphere, excellent breakfast with a caring chef serving the buffet himself. Beautiful baroque-style rooms, new furniture and bathroom equipment. Kettle and fridge are in the room. Just beware, that there is no elevator, no safe in the room, and they don't offer a shower cap and hair conditioner. Also there is a nice view out of the window.
