I was sent on a business trip in early September, before that I had been choosing for a long time where to stay. As a result, my friends advised this hotel, for which I am grateful to them. It takes about 7 minutes to get to the metro, the rooms are clean, the staff is sincere, so I recommend it)

I lived here for three days. The hotel is not far from the Konkovo ​​metro station, near the Troparevo park. I chose this hotel, because there is a scientific research institute named after V.I. Kulakov, where I received treatment.
I needed the simplest number. The room was a double room with a balcony, but I lived alone the whole time. The room has a refrigerator, TV, hairdryer. They change soap, shower gel, shampoo, towel, toilet paper. There is a cooler in the hallway.
Pleased with the price-quality ratio, location. You can also extend your stay. Check-in at 14.00 (I checked in earlier, because there were free rooms, no extra charge), check-out at 12.00. I extended until 18.00.
On the day of departure, they came for me. This is important to me because I could not lift heavy things. At the reception I was assured that visitors were allowed into the room without any problems. And indeed it is. The guest stayed in the room from 08.00 to 18.00.
I did not use the bar, restaurant, parking lot.
