Good hotel. Friendly staff. Very convenient location. Everything is nearby. At the reception you can order tickets to the theater, excursions, taxi. Delicious breakfasts. Excellent restaurant. We recommend the hotel for accommodation.

Good hotel, excellent service and central location. Breakfast is great with a lot of choice, even with red caviar. There is an access to sports center with full size swimming pool. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit old fashioned and some rooms facing the river can be noisy due to the traffic outside.

Not a convenient location, it can be very noisy, almost all the furniture is old. So far, this is the only thing that frustrates when visiting this place. But the staff is responsible and friendly. The food is quite tasty, a good selection of drinks. The service is fast.

Your usual Radisson rooms, rugged and renovated last time probably more than twenty years ago. It's okay, you can stay and sleep there. The staff been trying their best but I had troubles sleeping and paying for my stay anyway. Is it really worth the price to live in a hotel with worn towels, creaky doors and walls so thin you can hear your neighbors' breath? Probably not for this price.

Visiting from Canada 🇨🇦! The hotel is in the great location right next to a massive beautiful mall (you need to check it out) as well next to the local train station. The hotel is extremely clean and beautiful. Our favourite part of the stay was the morning breakfast; the food is amazing and the Russian seeet dumplings are my favourite! The beds are extremely comfortable, pillows are nice and fluffy...

Not clean! Stained towel! Unpolite staff! Very bad service! I asked for food from the restaurant and received the answer that they have not enough staff. Thus, no room service!

Central location, easy to get to any place in the city. 3 metro lines, train station, busses, boats just steps away. Very comfortable clean and warm Sparkling clean room and other areas in the hotel and everywhere in Moscow. Naturally friendly kind and helpful people.

Stayed here 9 days, so can say its great hotel and staff. Rooms are new and eqipped with all necessary, loved the size of the room mind was on 11th floor 1116 with a view on river. Loved the Spa and yummi breakfasts, very good variety of dishes. WiFi was working fine. Just bear in mind right next to hotel is a big construction side so you won't be able to sleep with open window as they do works during...

Good hotel. New furniture in the rooms. 3 elevators (special feature: when choosing a floor, the elevator number is displayed, when changing the choice, you need to exit it to choose again). The price of the room includes a hammam and a sauna on the 8th floor (great view from the sauna of the city and the river), also includes a gym, but it is more for show, what is there. And so 5.

Amazing hotel! I had a birthday and the hotel staff made it as memorable as possible. In honor of the holiday, they gave me a more comfortable room. In the bar on the 13th floor, they reserved the best table, with a beautiful view, and also gave me a discount. Huge, delicious buffet for breakfast (and I am a huge fan of hotel breakfasts). Very quiet and comfortable. The view is beautiful from the window. Very, very warm in the room, but there is a ventilation system. Good breakfast. Excellent free spa service and jacuzzi in the basement. Always clean fresh towels. Special thanks to the hotel clearing - always clean and even the beds were beautifully remade every day. Convenient location, clean rooms and nice staff

Great hotel, convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, large room, clean and very comfortable (we took a studio room). Delicious breakfasts. All at the highest level.

I rented a single budget room. The advantage is, of course, the location. On the floor there is a kitchenette: a refrigerator, a microwave. The shower and toilet on the floor are combined, very small. The bed linen in the room is shabby, towels are torn. They do not provide gel and shampoo. Well, taaaaam - no heating!!! The heater in the room does not work. How lucky that during the New Year holidays...
