But this is authentic three stars, which is more interesting than any standard worldwide brand with four or five stars

Loved the large views, nothing like Australia. The Staff was amazing. But I can't give this a 5 star because my room had a distinct smell...

Soviet terrible service, at first I spent around 20 minutes to check it because you manually have write passport data despite they have a copy, after that we can’t just order food to your door like literally any other hotel in Moscow and the last no single stuff member ever smiled

The food in the buffet restaurant was an experience in itself Different food options are available each day with a considerable selection though the same salad and sides were on offer for every breakfast and dinner session

Lotte is hands down 2nd best hotel in Moscow after St.Regis, but far more convenient if you need to get to the City often instead of Red Square. Service is top notch, views are amazing

If you get a room facing the street, it's incredibly noisy! The hotel is very old, and the facilities are quite dated. The elevators date back to 1997; they must be well-made to still be operational

However, the Wi-Fi signal was terrible and constantly disconnected, and my laptop couldn't even connect

Toilet was adequate with supplies of towels, toiletries and bath tub with warm water. Location and comfort wise the accommodation is cost effective and recommendable

2 drawbacks: I needed a shelf in the shower to put my own products and I had to put them on the shower ground. The smoke detectors on the top of the wall had 4 green flashing lights, and it was annoying, please solve it
