At night, I asked the receptionist to leave my bags for three day and then I will collect them, she said it’s fine no problem but unfortunately at morning when I check out I ask the something ,they didn’t help me . They asked me to check in again after three days if I want to leave my bags (compulsory).

The MRT is just opposite the building. There is an ATM machine on the 1st floor where you can deposit or withdraw money from Yoomoney card. I spoke with 3 receptionists and all of them can reply me in English and they are helpful. I definitely would recommend others if you want peace of mind

本次主要出差參展，該酒店距離Crocus展館直線距離不遠，不過打車路線需要繞一些。總體環境不錯，早餐豐富，衞生乾淨，服務上感覺不夠熱情，停車收費較高。

房間還是不錯的，出差選擇的這裏，距離目的地比較近，出行也挺方便的，酒店環境可以，性價比較高，值得推薦

On check in the girl at the reception was so nice when checking us in, smiling all the time and gave us good information about the hotel, the room was perfect, clean and big, the breakfast on the second floor was amazing, the guy who makes the omelette was smiling and friendly and all the waitresses were friendly and attentive! Next time we will stay only at this hotel!

Hotel was very good. I got a studio room with a kitchen and it was very convenient. Staff were very nice and helpful. Prices are reasonable. Location midway to city centre and there is metropolis mall few minutes by walk near to hotel. Next to it also metro station. The breakfast was fairly good. They provide in-room coffee, tea and water refilled daily.

This time everything is great. Check-in is quick, everything is polite and cultural. The room is clean, tea and coffee facilities are present, air conditioning and plumbing work well. There are no foreign odors. Liked!

Near the Metro” Voykovskaya”, You can take a bus “T57” to the metro and a mall nearby. The bus is very frequent. Very modern and comfortable. Every day cleaned. Foreigners friendly. With English service. And easy to get the necessary documents like the registration.

The hotel is right next to MEPhi, very close to Kolomenskaya Park, with a bus stop at the door, 1.5 km away from the subway station, and a supermarket nearby. It is quite convenient and the hotel facilities are good

Overall, the location is great. We came to take part in the RunIT race in Kolomenskoye Park and you couldn't find a better place to settle in! Buffet breakfast for reasonable money. We walked 40 minutes to the start line through a beautiful park. Since the race ended closer to 12, we agreed on a late check-out, for which special thanks to the staff. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly!

The hotel is excellent! We stayed for 3 nights. We were especially pleased that the hotel offers accommodation with pets, because our cat does not like to stay alone. Excellent hotel, very polite staff, clean cozy room, everything works, mini fridge and tea station, what I need, cleaning every day and drinking water is brought. Very cozy, neat. The fact that the furniture is not exactly the freshest - gives it a special twist. There is enough space for everyone in the parking lot and this is important! The bar staff is a separate topic: always with a smile, jokes 👍 It was important for me that there are several exercise machines.

Convenient location. A pleasant bonus is Russian tea drinking: herbal tea from a samovar and sweets.

A normal hotel, good cleaning, furniture and repairs are certainly tired, but the hotel offers free one-hour tea drinking, compensating for this with a pleasant bonus :)

I would say it is 2 star hotel is not modern, seems refreshing must be done to improve the rate of hotel, old style TVs, lack of Ventilation, USB outlet. Staff to be trained for sufficient service especially in breakfast. However, quite area. Recommended, fine for one night

Overall, not bad experience. The issue was that the room was not clean when I arrived. The sheets were not clean, and they were old. The area under the bed, where extra blankets were stored, was also dirty.

the location was excellent, it was in a clean friendly Prospekt. there was lots of amenities close by, the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. the service was very good, with helpful reception and staff. I liked living here for a few nights!
