At night, I asked the receptionist to leave my bags for three day and then I will collect them, she said it’s fine no problem but unfortunately at morning when I check out I ask the something ,they didn’t help me . They asked me to check in again after three days if I want to leave my bags (compulsory).

The gym is a real gym with everything you need. The sauna and pool were great. I really enjoyed working out before breakfast.

The MRT is just opposite the building. There is an ATM machine on the 1st floor where you can deposit or withdraw money from Yoomoney card. I spoke with 3 receptionists and all of them can reply me in English and they are helpful. I definitely would recommend others if you want peace of mind

The Hotel is conveniently located in Moscow City business district, everything is in walking distance. Rooms are very clean, super friendly and helpful personnel.
