- Coffee in the lobby is not free. There is nothing better than walking into the lobby in the morning, smelling fresh coffee and getting a cup, without having to go back to the room for a wallet. Also, seems petty. TV malfunctioning. Breakfast is in microwavable tray, although tasted ok.
- The woman on reception not very assertive
- The soundproofing of the room is really bad. The snoring sound can wake me up in the next room.
- There is no AC in my room onlyfan. It would much better if there is an AC in no windows room.
- ROOM WAS VERY SMALL. NO SPRAY JET IN TOILET. BREAKFAST IN VERY LIMITED QUANTITY, CAN TAKE BREAKFAST ONLY 1 PLATE. LOCATION GOOD. NO LIFT. NO VIEW NO WINDOW. SMALL BED.
I booked a room in this hotel in February, around 350 euros, free cancellation option. In March, hotel charged the whole amount from my credit card. Since I thought it was mistake and I was not able to travel, I cancelled my booking for free few days after, thinking hotel will send me my money back shortly. After 4 months and multiply contacts with the hotel and the booking.com, my money is still unlawfully missing from my account and all I am getting are apologizes, with no intention of ever giving me my money back.
As an evidence that I am telling the truth and as a cautionary message to all future travelers, I will here post a chronological set of correspondence screenshots, in order to help possible customers.
