+ Hotel location is very good. It is about 500 metres away from the nearest subway station. Hotel staffs are helpful. He recommended the restaurant to us and provided us with registrations.
- The soundproofing of the room is really bad. The snoring sound can wake me up in the next room.

+ Hotel location is very good. Just few steps away from City center. Vodootvodny canal from Hotel looks good. Would like to stay again in hotel. Love from India. Hotel staff is very kindly and helpful in every matter. They speak english which was helpful during check in.

BE VERY CAREFUL!!! This hotel is run by a criminal organization and it is scamming people for money when you use credit card to pay!!!
I booked a room in this hotel in February, around 350 euros, free cancellation option. In March, hotel charged the whole amount from my credit card. Since I thought it was mistake and I was not able to travel, I cancelled my booking for free few days after, thinking hotel will send me my money back shortly. After 4 months and multiply contacts with the hotel and the booking.com, my money is still unlawfully missing from my account and all I am getting are apologizes, with no intention of ever giving me my money back.

As an evidence that I am telling the truth and as a cautionary message to all future travelers, I will here post a chronological set of correspondence screenshots, in order to help possible customers.

My voyage was scheduled for the 18th of March, the have debited my credit card without my permission the 10th of March, during the period in which I could still cancel my booking for free, which I did on the 13th, but my card is still down 212 euros. Very unprofessional ! Avoid at any cost !

The hotel is still under last phases of construction, dusty and smelly. The rooms are tiny and suffocating, if you are on the first floor the traffic is right under your window. Very, very disappointing experience .
