+ The room was excellent in every aspect: central location, cleanliness, and utilities. It has an adjustable radiator for heat as well as an air conditioner for cooling. The room has complimentary coffee, tea, and drinking water. The room is absolutely value for money and I'll be staying here if I visit Moscow again.- They didn't always clean the mugs after use during the room service - which is strange because it's the only thing that wasn't cleaned.

No customer orientation, the staff doesn’t speak English at all, they don’t try the slightest bit to help you and make you feel like you’re bothering them.
Breakfast has to be ordered the day before, internet is spotty, house keeping is done after 3 pm. Sometimes at 3 pm, sometimes at 5pm.... The card access lock stopped working one night, I was given a physical key to open the door and told it would be fixed the next day. It was never fixed and since they only had one key, house keeping was never able to clean the room unless I was there..
I stayed there for 9 nights and won’t be returning ever.
Despite the many issues and discussion with the staff and repeatedly asking to speak to a manager, the property never made a commercial gesture.

A nice, cozy hotel. The only downside was that we couldn't find the manager's phone number in the room. Overall, everything was great!

The hotel is a fairytale! Ceilings over 4 meters high with paintings and moldings! The hallways are simply works of art! The elevator is magical, the staff is very happy! Everything is done with great love and taste! It's very quiet, I'm enjoying my stay! I chose it intuitively based on the photos, but in person it's even more beautiful! Thank you!

Brilliant hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Easily would stay here again, especially for the price.
