Nabat Hotel in Moscow

+ I wasn't asked by anyone to write this review, and I don't usually leave reviews. I initially chose this hotel because they were flexible with payment and allowed me to pay in cash upon arrival without requiring any advance online payment. This was a major advantage for me, as foreign Visa cards don't work in Russia. To be honest, I didn't have particularly high expectations regarding the room or service, but I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel has a charming vintage design, a very comfortable bed, spacious rooms, and great attention to detail throughout. A special thank you to the reception staff: Anastasia and Daria, who went above and beyond to help me during my stay. They were incredibly patient and understanding, even waiting for me to exchange money before settling my bill. In fact, I didn't end up paying until almost my last day. Their kindness and professionalism exceeded all my expectations. If I ever return to Moscow, I already know exactly where I'll be staying. One more thing worth mentioning is the location. It's close to everything a traveler might need: a metro station, excellent restaurants, and many interesting buildings and attractions. The restaurant located downstairs, 16 Tons, also deserves special praise for its excellent food and outstanding service.

+ The room was excellent in every aspect: central location, cleanliness, and utilities. It has an adjustable radiator for heat as well as an air conditioner for cooling. The room has complimentary coffee, tea, and drinking water. The room is absolutely value for money and I'll be staying here if I visit Moscow again.
- They didn't always clean the mugs after use during the room service - which is strange because it's the only thing that wasn't cleaned.

A nice, cozy hotel. The only downside was that we couldn't find the manager's phone number in the room. Overall, everything was great!

The hotel is a fairytale! Ceilings over 4 meters high with paintings and moldings! The hallways are simply works of art! The elevator is magical, the staff is very happy! Everything is done with great love and taste! It's very quiet, I'm enjoying my stay! I chose it intuitively based on the photos, but in person it's even more beautiful! Thank you!

The hotel is a fairy tale, the ceilings are more than 4 meters with paintings and stucco moldings !!!!
