- The hotel is clean and nice; however, we faced a serious security issue. Someone stole our room key card and repeatedly tried to enter our room, claiming it was a mistake, but each time the person was clearly surprised to find us inside. We informed the reception, and their only response was to change the key card, which is not enough for such a serious matter. This situation made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable.
