Mayakovskij Art-Hotel in Moscow

+ location and clean, safe room . helpful hotel staff, in spite of not speaking English.
- lack of directon ;not enough sign outside of hotel to find it , since it is at the third floor of building. took time to find it .

The hotel benefits from its location. Nearby there are Patriarshiye Ponds 😌, there are many fine and not so great restaurants. The building of the hotel is quite old, which is understandable, so the most important thing that suffers is the sewage system and the water supply system. The smell in the rooms from the sewers ... well, ok, apparently trying their best. The staff is friendly, polite, like everything in the center of Moscow. At night I wanted to warm up the dish, I didn't find a microwave oven in the hall, maybe it shouldn't be, I don't know. Relax, spend the night, if things are in the center, it is quite pleasant for a small amount. Pleased with the air conditioner in the room. Very good shampoo and mini samples in the bathroom. The taste of the water in the kettle from the tap .... let's put it mildly, but it's still the same problem with the water supply, I think. And you, dear ones, need to do something with the mattress on the bed, it was just 🤦🏻‍♂️ Despite the fact that there is a roadway nearby, the room is quiet due to good noise-insulating windows.

Clean, comfortable, was in room 14 next to the reception (the windows are on Malaya Bronnaya and Sadovaya is a little visible, from which you can hear the noise of cars all the time, because Moscow was not slipped). The room has an air conditioner, a TV, a refrigerator (which is not very cold, but warms up), bedside sockets and switches are made according to the mind, walk-throughs, turn on and off all the lights, but at a height of 160 cm from the floor !!! ??? In general, everything is fine until you turn on the water, and then the tractor "starts up" at the toilet there is a plumbing pump that creates pressure and throws water into the canal. you can hear it through the walls. At night, generally tin! At three o'clock in the morning, someone knocked with a hammer on the floors above. The hotel has a "strange" list of services for guests - a large selection of tights😃! Not bad as long as you don't pour water.
