- the double bed wasn't actually double, there were just 2 beds with 2 separate mattresses pulled to each other. so it was quite uncomfortable to sleep, the mattresses are always drifting apart. and the toilet flush didn't work

- The bathroom had a bad smell, and the toilet flush didn’t work on the first day. I had to call the cleaning staff to fix it. Additionally, the receptionist was rude and unfriendly. I would not recommend this place.

Good location, metro station is nearby, rooms are okay sort ... no AC and it’s major issue as when we visited temperature was around 30 degrees during noon and coz of little rain the atmosphere was humid and AC was required, the breakfast which was provided was also something which surprised us .. they have a limit of 6 units in breakfast, water/tea/coffee/apple everything was counted as one unit .. one glass of juice was counted as 3 units, this all was not shared to us before visiting else we could have opted for some different hotel.

It is not something exceptionnal, but still a good hotel where you have maids that are really nice and smily.

There's everything You may need. Large breakfast, soft beds and warm blankets. Also, there is a cool drinking water in the hallway, so You don't need to buy any. Metro station is near and I suggest You to download Yandex Taxi and Moscow Metro applications (They are in english too)

Nice hotel. Especially for foreigners. Reception guys speak good English. Warm hospitality. Clean and cute rooms. Good locality. Metro and public transport stops are also nearby.
