+ Location very good in a local neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. We stayed in a hot week and the air conditioning worked great. Comfortable bed and always clean (shared) bathroom. The hotel also has a water dispenser to refill your water bottle. Very nice gesture to include breakfast, where you have some options to choose from. All the staff was polite and helpful.- For international travelers, rooms in Europe are quite small (or smaller than in other non-European countries)

- The way to the entrance is a bit confusing (it’s in the backyard) thankfully a worker from the bar next to it showed me the entrance. Also some night noises from the couple next room to mine… was quite awkward but it’s ok

+ Nice staff, allowed to check in early. They provided translation for me as I do not speak Russian. The location is very convenient, close to metro, bus and tram, and some main railways station. - I can't call it a hotel! It's a good hostel with a small private bathroom. You can hear all the noise from the next rooms and from the common kitchen. The most interesting thing is that this hostel is located on the 4th floor, which you can reach by using a dirty elevator , the smell outside the hostel is unbearable! Please, wear a mask before entering. Once you're inside the hostel place - you're safe! It's clean and fresh!

+ A very clean, warm and cozy room to stay! In the room we got complimentary teas and crackers. Clean room is available next to the room. The personnel was friendly. The view is on the road but we didn't experience any noise from the outside. The ceilings are huge & the design is good. The bed was super comfy!- I can't call it a hotel! + The hotel is about 10 mins walk from the metro station. The staffs are helpful and could communicate with translation apps. But they didn’t make clear of some details such as need to choose breakfast type each day, need to tell them to change towel until I asked. The breakfast is good but not too much choices. In general it’s good.- Less breakfast choices. The staff need to take priority to inform some details

Great location, friendly staff, quiet and clean. Once they forgot to clean up and take out the trash in my room. The breakfasts were quite good, but could contain more protein for my taste.

During our stay in this hotel, there was a horrendous drilling noise all morning due to remodeling. I was working remotely this day and my colleagues couldn't hear me over the phone due to this noise.

I really liked it! First time stayed in such a hotel, but appreciated it!

Terrible experience. Front desk staff doesn't care at all about the guests. They ask you to choose one day before what you will eat for breakfast the next day. I didn't chose and the next day they chosen for me and when I ask to change because I didn't like their choice of breakfast to me (!!!) they just said: "we can't change, if you want you eat, it's your problem". Oh, and then they also said: "no English".
Both men in the front desk were extremely rude and totally disrespectful.
So if you plan to book this hotel you know my experience and can guess what will expect you.
