+ Cleaners were really nice and helpful.
- The staff in the reception sleeping on the couch most of the time and he wasn’t helpful at all

Fantastic hotel, very comfortable room, nice breakfast and within walking distance to city center. On the first day I used taxi but on my second day I took the underground which is very convenient from the hotel.

The room was clean but the Bath room flushing system wasn’t working and they wouldn’t serve break fast 10 minutes before even they knew we were in a rush to our train and the guy had a big attitude

Red square is within walking distance from the hotel
At the last staff was very friendly nice and humble
