A wonderful hotel. Clean and comfortable. In a quiet area. Located near Izmailovo Kremlin. It is also worth a visit. Painted towers...like in a fairy tale.

Shocking service at the reception and the security guard complete hamley. And is the hotel of Euro class. Arrived at the hotel sister to visit me so it is not allowed in the room, says not allowed. Enjoying dessert at the gum sticks something is not clear, got no time to swallow, thank God - and it is a piece of glass about half a centimeter in length!
Called the waiter, he took the plate and glass disappeared!
Not waiting for it to come to reception to say about the case, said dismantled and gone. On this question did not react, quietly took it! Did not even apologize.
By this reaction I understand that this happens periodically here and if you don't want to get into this percentage of the lucky ones – better food refuse.

Nice comfortable hotel,but there are downsides.Very far from the subway,in the morning noisy Asians not allowed to sleep.

Very comfortable bed, clean room, functional and comfortable bathroom. Very poor Breakfast, low noise. Far from the subway, there is a Shuttle to the metro often and quickly. The hotel is in a quiet area.

Service was not pleasant, the Breakfast modest. The room is standard, inexpensive, located in a calm area, close to metro (15 min walk).
