+ all about expectations. its a 3 star hotel if you go there with 5 star expectations you will be sad. reception stuffs were so kind always its nice.
- the bed was terrible for sleep. they didnt change dirty glasses in my room and told me i have to wash myself Okey but with what? shall i use the same soap i use?

Really hot rooms, A/C was advertised as available but disabled when we checked in, had to ask to turn it on because the morning sun made the room hotter than was bearable. Ok staff as well

Conveniently located, close to Sheremetyevo airport, is a great option for business trips. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, helpful staff. At any time it is convenient to reach from any point of Moscow, metro station opposite the hotel. Loved the breakfasts, raznoobraznye, delicious, and fresh food. Ideal ratio price-quality. You can enjoy a morning lunch box. I liked everything, I recommend
