Most hotel stuff was polite and very nice. There was only 1 lady at reception which is constantly not nice to tourists. When you can't speak Russian she overreacts you and shows a lot of bad emotion even when you try to communicate via translator. Its so rude which could be a reason you never come back.

A basic and nice budget hotel . But they scared us by taking all the documents even if they are not concerned with anything to do with Russia. The management gives a threat of police and we had put our foot down to not let them do it . They seem to be working like a data collection and selling agents.
