Excellent service and quick check-in.
Quite new and close to Aviapark. I had requested a quiet room in my booking comments, but the one I was assigned was noisy, with the window facing the parking lot entrance. Overall, it was still good though.
The breakfast for 88 RMB per person is limited in variety, only the same three dishes every day.
The hotel itself is small, with rather compact rooms. It's mainly convenient for business appointments. However, it's not ideal if you plan to walk to the shopping mall or the subway, as both are approximately 1 km away.
Conveniently located right next to Aerocity Shopping Center and the Auchan hypermarket, this luxurious hotel offers a full range of facilities.
Room: Very spacious. Facilities: Comprehensive, including a dedicated water dispenser. Cleanliness: Spotless and meticulously maintained. Service: Attentive and thorough.

Overall a pretty decent place to stay, the employees were pretty helpful for the most part, they had a nice breakfast, clean rooms, and it's reasonably priced. It's also very close to the metro so you can get around the city pretty easily from here.

It's a perfectly good hotel, I really don't understand the negative reviews. It's large and spacious, and the front desk staff was very pleasant. Everything was great for us! 🙌
Excellent service. I needed to extend my stay for one more night, so I booked it on Trip.com. Everything went smoothly, and we were even able to keep the same room. Thank you.
The room had an unpleasant smell. The furniture was old and dated, and the pillows were awful. To make matters worse, on the morning of March 8th, the water supply was cut off due to an incident. It became impossible to shower, use the toilet, or even just make a cup of tea. We had to go out ourselves to buy water and request a kettle from the front desk, just so we could wash up and have some tea...
A decent hotel. The rooms are clean, and the location is convenient. The breakfast offers a good variety, so there's something for everyone. Recommended.
Everything else was good, except for the poor soundproofing.
The room was fairly clean, but the bathroom could have been cleaned much better – there were toothpaste splatters everywhere.

I'm currently staying in this nice hotel. It provides a good customer service including daily cleaning the rooms, changing the beddings and towels. I would also like to say a special thanks to the receptionist Irina for her attention to the guest requests. I would also like to add that the hotel provides a reasonable prices for staying. It is important to note that the hotel is located just 10 minutes...
Price and quality was in good balance. Close to the subway, breakfast is good and yummy but not super diverse: porridge, omelet, sausages, cereal. The employees were super friendly and nice. So if you are looking for a decent, close to the centre place to stay you're in the right place.
Excellent and very cheap hotel for 3 stars more than perfect! PS the Mattresses were replaced with new, now everything is generally good.
I like the location of the hotel. It is 10 minutes to red square by metro. Staff was helpful. I would like to special thank to to Dmitriy in the reception. He was especially helpfull and problem solver.

I think the room is very clean and new, but it's about 20 minutes' walk from the subway station, which is still a bit far. It's in the community and the scenery is very good. Hotels abroad are different from those in China. They are not cleaned every day, but overall I am very satisfied.
The corridor in the room is quite narrow, and the bathroom and bed are good, but the bed is small, which is a Russian style. The front desk service is particularly good. It is located in a residential area, and there are supermarkets with food and drinks very close by, a three-minute walk. There is also an ATM and a hairdresser downstairs.
The room was clean and tidy, the bed was a little small. There are kitchenware, internet, washing machines, elevators, convenient transportation, and 2 supermarkets with abundant supplies nearby.
Russian apartments are more suitable for business living

The staff is polite, the food is tasty, there is a gym. Breakfast is included in the price)). I liked it.
We stayed for 5 Days during the FIFA World Cup and have to say it was a wonderful Experience. Nice People and an Affordable Price considering it was during July. It maybe situated a bit outter from the golden ring but the metro is just a few minutes walk away. The Receptionist were helping and would recommend it to anyone for their future visit.
