The hotel is located in a great location, next to the Sovremennik Theatre. Former lordly apartment, converted into a hotel, only 8 rooms. Very clean, tidy, comfortable. But, as in any apartment, everything that is done in the corridor is audible!

The biggest plus of this hotel is its location. Unfortunately, there are big problems with water - it barely runs in the shower, there is almost no pressure. The TV did not work during our stay in the room. The reception staff responded sluggishly to requests about the above problems, not showing much interest and cordiality. Cozy mini hotel. Affordable, clean, friendly staff. If you want to sleep, ask for rooms with windows facing the courtyard. There are two rooms overlooking the boulevard. Hot water in taps from boilers, do not burn yourself. And the showers are cramped. But overall not bad.

The hotel (meublè) is inside a 19 century building. The hotel is near the Bolshoy theatre and about 10 minutes from Red Square and Kremlin. Rooms are quite large and very clean.
