I came from Turkey for a day. Even though a clean and available room was available at 10 a.m., I was left waiting in the lobby until 3 a.m. I had to pay for an extra day to check in early. The room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious.

Dont book one of the luxury rooms. There IS a Business Lounge included. Ladies are not allowed to enter this Lounge If the wear Hermes mules. The hotel reception is welcoming, the rooms are clean and tidy with heating, breakfast is included, it's close to the train station with convenient transportation, and the set meal including dinner is economical, so you don't need to go out to eat.

Room is a great size! Had a wonderful experience all around and the location is really convenient. My only slight complaint is that the toilet door has a slight space above, meaning privacy is not entirely possible. Definitely a test of how much you like your partner if you're travelling with them.

Nice clean hotel, clean rooms, good bathroom, lots of towels, there are protections, all kinds of shower gels, shampoos, conditioners and lotions. Good rice porridge for breakfast, a couple of sandwiches, yoghurt and an egg, good quality but simple breakfast. And a disgusting bed: a cruel thick blanket, a thick big pillow. It didn't work out comfortably on it.

The hotel is a short walk away from Paveletskaya metro station, Aeroexpress and lots of Moscow landmarks. The stuff is very friendly and efficient. The hotel offers a very nice breakfast with lots of options.
