I liked everything very, very much. Friendly, but unobtrusive and gentle attitude. It is very quiet and very warm at night, despite minus 20 outside the window. Wooden frames on the windows are very good, you don't suffocate like in a room with closed plastic windows, and at the same time you don't blow. The thermopot was a bit unusual, but the administrator explained on her fingers how to use it....

Clean, comfortable, polite staff, good location. The only negative, there is no private parking, there is a simple yard parking around and it is clear that in the evening, the courtyards are simply packed with cars.

In appearance, you would not think that this is a hotel)). But inside there is a sheer pleasure of coziness and comfort. Clean rooms and kitchen with full use of utensils. I am very pleased with my stay there and I think I will visit this place more than once ... especially since the prices are adequate and they don’t bite in the pocket).

Very nice and cozy mini hotel. I was especially pleasantly surprised by the level of service. Sometimes you will not find this even in large hotels. Here, in addition to the standard set of towels and shampoo with shower gel, they also give a shaving set, toothpaste and a brush, a sewing kit, mineral water with and without gas, tea, coffee and chocolates ... And I almost forgot, another robe, slippers...

The hotel does not change anything. It only gets worse. Very dirty. In the shower the curtains are at least moldy for several years. The floor is crunching. The towels are not clean. All the furniture is mirrors and the walls are stained. The remote is sticky. The number for 2900 is not worth your money at all. Before it was not very much now I do not advise at all

Super close to the metro and infront of the hotel, theres a mini mall with restaurants like dominos and ‘mcd’. Everything was great.

We took a budget quadruple room with a private bathroom. The room is not bad, clean. We were not lucky with the weather: it was very hot and there is no air conditioning in the room. The hostel is located in one of the most vibrant streets (better than Arbat Street I'd say) at the very heart of Moscow. One can walk to the Red Square in under 15 mins (that's how centrally located the place is!). Breakfast is included and Lev is resourceful. There's an open-air theatre nearby where locals bond in...

The hotel location is great and the stuff are nice and English Spoker. But there was very bad smell at the corridor ,the room was very small I was staying for 2 night and at the last day when I was spouse to check out there was no hot water at the shower. I was not offered any compensation, but that's probably the way things are in Eastern Europe.

It was a very nice hotel, very good location for the price. Clean rooms and warm, it also had a heater just in case. For a 2 star hotel it was the best I have ever stayed.
