Clean, quiet, comfortable. Not far from the metro station.

For my money, very good, polite staff, everything is neat and decent. It's a pity they don't provide breakfasts. There is no internet on the TV, you cannot go to your Ivy and watch a movie.

Just 5 points. But the only thing missing is some kind of benches next to the entrance and trash cans so that you can go out, breathe air and smoke. The only thing that still does not spoil much is poplar fluff))) but everything is fine. Everything that is described, everything is there.

I stayed here in September 2023 and during my stay I was sure that I made the right decision. Very stylish and cozy

The hotel is located 10 min walk from metro station which takes you to the city center in 7 min. There are also several buses to the city center available just 50 meters from the hotel

The location is good (10 min to metro then 15 min to Center), the rooms are big, modern, the staff often cleans them. Price was also okay:)

Stayed 4 days from 6.03.2021 to 10.03.2021. Friendly staff, everything is clean and tidy. I liked it very much.

Excellent hotel for a reasonable price. Service for 5 s +. Breakfast in the room. The rooms are clean and with all the amenities: hairdryer, refrigerator, kettle, TV with cable. There is an air conditioner. The staff are polite and friendly. We have already stayed here several times and have always been satisfied.

If the staff could speak a bit Farsi would be much more unique ...

Everything like the rooms, the cleanliness, the staff was responsive at last our stay at your hotel was much good than we expected 😁

To be honest, we expected the worst when booking, but were pleasantly surprised. The suite is very spacious and the high ceilings are very impressive. Double windows insulate well from the noise of the avenue. We also did not hear our neighbors, although we mentioned it in the reviews. We were satisfied with the hospitality of the administrator and the room in general

Great hotel. One of the best options is to stop near VDNKh. We always take luxury. High ceilings, very quiet, polite and welcoming staff. Clean, cozy, comfortable. All infrastructure is within walking distance. Park, shops, metro, in front of a good-quality restaurant Mitt Grill (they cook awesome dranniki). All in all a great choice will stop, not just for a couple of days.

We stayed for a week in a spacious family room. Everything you need is at hand. Refrigerator, water in coolers, tea, delicious coffee !! The room was very quiet, despite the proximity of Prospect Mira. Purely. Fresh linen. Shampoo, soap, slippers. But the main thing is the administrator Zhanna! Friendly, helpful, kind and lovely. We felt like visiting, such a pleasant environment. I recommend and...

Were looking for a family room for a few nights. Booked over the phone without prepayment. The location is convenient, near VDNKh, a grocery store at 10 minutes. Of the obvious drawbacks, dirt under the beds (noticed by accident), the noise of the elevator doors for the staff (quiet at night). The coil in the bathroom was not working. No toothbrush or paste. The rest, if only digging. Pros: spacious...

The furniture is old, worn out, on a made-up bed, where branded chocolates lie in cool hotels, a woman's hair lay neatly ... Apparently someone was preparing a setup)) And so, there is Wi-Fi, there is water in the room, coolers are on the floor, the staff are friendly.
