Pretty good hotel with friendly staff and a great location. It’s very close to the metro station, park, supermarket, and restaurants. However, the breakfast options are somewhat underwhelming
The hotel's location is great, very close to the subway station, and there's a supermarket nearby for easy shopping. There are also many dining options in the area. The breakfast selection is also extensive and good. The only downside was that check-in took a bit of time.
A good hotel, true to its category. I was pleased to see an ironing board and iron. 👍 The lovely girl at reception, Ksenia, was very polite and helpful. 🌷 I had a room with a beautiful view of the city center.
I'm always on a business trip. This is a very friendly and welcoming international hotel. It's always packed with guests. The hotel is in a great location, right across from a currency exchange, a shopping mall, and a subway station. I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip.
Everything was ok except when we ask to change our room cuz not comfortable and ref was not working. They said you have to make new booking and choose another room
excellent,good location,and delicious breakfast. daily house keeping. but my room in 13th floor,some elevator's light of 13th floor is broken,I supposed it will not stop at 13th floor since I push 13 and no red light turn on,but it stopped at 13 floor finally. so I think the light of button is damage.

exellent location. near metro and market, and not far from the train station. there was so many different food and most of the food were dilicious. very big room with full of facility and so comfortable,great view from the room, I really liked the rom so much. clean room and clean hotel.

the room was comfortable & cleaned everyday although they didn’t vacuumed for more than ten days. the hotel is also very pretty & comfy.
The location is good , metro station is in the front of the hotel , there was many restaurants and grocery stores near the hotel. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly specially( Natalia, Danial) every one of the reception staff were professional. I’d highly recommend this hotel. I’d also like to thank the reservation department as they helped me to celebrate our special occasions.
The location is superb,so close to metro and 24hrs supermarket.The facilities in hotels are all worth the money.

This hotel is located in a god position. 5 metrò stations from Sokoliniki and you will be near Red Square. The bearkfast is very goof, food has good quality and also various. Gym and pool with sauna are a great pleasure for every guest. Room has a right size and is clean. Staff is nice and efficient
At night, I asked the receptionist to leave my bags for three day and then I will collect them, she said it’s fine no problem but unfortunately at morning when I check out I ask the something ,they didn’t help me . They asked me to check in again after three days if I want to leave my bags (compulsory).
Very convenient location directly across from a mall that has a nice supermarket. Also some nice regional restaurants nearby. The reception was always super helpful and kind. The gym is a real gym with everything you need. The sauna and pool were great. I really enjoyed working out before breakfast.
The MRT is just opposite the building. There is an ATM machine on the 1st floor where you can deposit or withdraw money from Yoomoney card. I spoke with 3 receptionists and all of them can reply me in English and they are helpful. I definitely would recommend others if you want peace of mind
The hotel location is very strategic, very near to the metro station and just few station away from the red square. The hotel facilities are good as well, they have very nice gym and swimming pool. Highly recommended. And the hotel wifi can be easily connected, this is something rare in russia.

Great Hotel in a peaceful location near to a beautiful park in Moscow. Very cooperative and helpful staff. Especially Anastasia Zembal, whom helped me with an emergency and consistently and swiftly responded to any questions/ concerns we had. She is fluent in English and eager to provide a great service and enjoyable stay. Looking forward to return.

It's a very nice hotel. I liked it. No complaints. The rooms are cozy, the design is interesting: on the one hand, it's old-fashioned, and on the other, it's been greatly updated. The breakfast was delicious. The only problem was that lunch at the other restaurant (there are two here) was incredibly expensive. That's why we didn't have lunch at the hotel. Otherwise, 5 stars.
This is my second stay at this hotel. I can definitely say I'll choose it again. The staff is incredibly attentive, from greeting guests, serving breakfast, ensuring the room is fully stocked, cleaning, and even seeing them off at checkout. The hotel is great, the rooms are good. And to relax and spend a vacation, and hold business meetings. This is what you need. The staff is polite, tidy, well done. Recommended for those who haven't been to visit. And there is a desire to return.

beautiful and convenient location Breakfast was great , with varieties of dishes , staff was very pleasant . staff was very helpful and pleasant the front desk , the house keeping ,and the breakfast staff ...etc, except what happened to me in Barclays restaurant on Thursday night , service was disappointing, I didn't get my second beer , waitress didn't come to my table and kept talking on the phone...
