Simple and cheap Hotel close to the center of Moscow. Very calm area. Highly recommand when you look for something outside the party areas.

Decent hotel. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. Location is decent as well, but the hotel might be hard to find since it looks like a random building with no obvious looks of a hotel. There was ongoing construction when I stayed here, so it was harder to see the building from the street. There are not many restaurants within 5 - 10 minutes walking distance, and you might feel somewhat...
Quiet, comfortable, all the minimum required stuff is there. Of the minuses objectively: in the room cool, in winter you can only be in clothing, batteries explicitly do not pull. It is also not clear why in the shower is hot water in the sink lukewarm.
Good price-quality ratio, the rooms have an electric kettle, Wi-Fi (though signal in the rooms is unstable), Breakfast included in the price.
For the money (2700₽ for two) decent room and Breakfast, on the bus and direct the bus station Belorusskogo.

The room felt wider than I thought. It was pretty cold, but the staff lent us a heater. We stayed well.
Great location, walking distance from MCK and a beautiful place to walk. The room was spotless clean, not even a speck of dust. Very nice place.

Quite a pleasant, distinctive place in a residential area of ​​Moscow. Pros: clean room, good linen, large TV with standard broadcasts, fast Wi-Fi. Disadvantages: the room may not have a kettle or microwave, but they can be found in the shared kitchen at the reception. Photos on the Internet will not deceive you, you will get a bright, spacious room for quite affordable money.
I've enjoyed my stay! And if they ask, will I come again? Definitely! Quiet, cozy place with everything you need. Lovely polite staff. It is geographically very convenient, about seven minutes at a calm pace from the metro station. I recommend!

I liked it very much because it was clean, secure, it had everything I needed. I came to Moscow for a business business visit and this place was near the exhibition where I needed to go. On the ground floor there are many shops which are open till late. And there is a coffee shop where I could have really good coffee and breakfast. Highly recommended. The hosts are very responsive.
